Hard Justice by Lori Foster is another book in the Body Armor series. Justice Wallington, former MMA fighter is guarding spoiled princess Fallon Wade and the challenges are huge; he must be her fake date to blend in and protect her. And that romantic payoff might just be worth the trouble. Spice level is through the roof! Highly recommend.

The second book in Lori Foster’s Body Armor series, Hard Justice was simply fantastic. I’m a sucker for good guy alpha heroes and Justice Wallington fits that description perfectly and reminds me so much of one of Foster’s earliest MMA fighter heroes (and my all time favorite) Dean Havoc. I liked the contrast between Justice’s big, tough alpha ex-fighter, turned bodyguard side and his compassionate, sweet, caring lover of all the women in his life side (and no I’m not talking multiple girlfriends, I’m talking his mom, grandmother, and Fallon Wade, the woman he was hired to protect). More than that, I appreciated that this couple respected one another, were drawn to each other’s inner spirit, and that they both felt an immediate connection. As always Ms. Foster blends the perfect amount of sweet sexiness with a bit of suspense and a whole lot of teasing friendship and serves up a fun and flirty romance.

Justice is hired by Fallon’s overprotective parents to escort her as she strives to become more independent. The moments between Justice and Fallon’s dad were quite comical, but I also felt they went a long way to Justice proving himself and his dedication and work ethic. Fallon’s mom claims she chose Justice because he was the total opposite of the type of guy Fallon would fall for, I can’t help but wonder if she actually thought she might go for him. While Fallon’s parents smothered her following the accident that took her sister’s life and left her scarred, I believe they meant well and it was clear she had a good relationship with them and didn’t want to hurt them or make them worry. I really loved that Justice wasn’t intimated by the Wade’s money or power and just wanted to do a good job, but resisting Fallon proved to be a much bigger job than he ever expected.

I loved Fallon, she was a sheltered and a bit naïve and given her family’s wealth she could have been a typical rich snob, but she was very down to earth, strong, and determined to prove she could deal with her own problems. She blossomed during her time with Justice and while I’m sure he’d like to take credit for all of it, I think it was a combination of her taking control over her life, making new friends, and finally living (and okay having Justice as a boyfriend didn’t hurt)!

This series is intertwined with Foster’s Ultimate series, so we are treated to scenes with all the original fighters from Cannon’s gym, the guys from the Body Armor agency, the intriguing Body Armor owner, Sahara Silver, and all blended together they make one intriguing group of people.

While there were some mysterious issues surrounding Justice and Fallon for the most part Hard Justice was low on angst and high on fun and falling in love making it a perfect romance for me.

This was another great read by Lori Foster! The second book in the Body Armor series and we learn more about Justice, a former MMA fighter who now works as a body guard. His newest job is to protect Fallon, a sheltered heiress who just wants to have fun and experience life.

Justice pretends to be her boyfriend so he doesn't stick out as he does his best to protect her. When her ex shows up, Fallon doesn't want her past secrets shared but Justice is determined to keep her safe. As they spend more and more time together, feelings start to develop and sparks fly. But with past hurts and tragedies, can Fallon overcome her past to find her true love?

This was a fun and quick read! I am a huge fan of Lori Foster and the new Body Armor series is quickly becoming one of my favorites! I love seeing older characters that we have met in previous books, its almost like catching up with old friends! If you love romance and big, hot alpha males, you definitely don't want to miss this book!

Justice and Fallon are an unlikely pair who become attracted to each other. He helps her to heal from things in her past that have caused her parents to be overprotective. What started as just parents wanting to protect their daughter turns into a bit of a mystery as it seems someone is out to harm her. Justice isn't going to let that happen and will protect her at all costs. He has such a gentle and kind heart when it comes to Fallon and she truly blooms under his care and love. With the help of his boss and his friends they work together to solve the mystery and really become a couple! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review

Hard Justice
5 Stars

Lol, I love the opening, Fallon's reaction to justice, and Justice's one liners to Fallon's father giving Justice what to and not do. I knew I was in for another hot, sexy, funny roaring good time.

Justice, larger than life MMA fighter turned Bodyguard. Fallon, cute, insecure, sheltered. Fallon made me smile at all her firsts, all bright eyed and eager. Justice, what can I say you big, sexy hunk. I read some lines twice because I loved his no nonsense talk. He used one of my favorite words lol! These two were a hoot, as well as Justice's mom and granny!

I loved Under Pressure, but I think Hard Justice has become my favorite so far. I absolutely love this spinoff. So looking forward to the next book in the Body Armor series.

nother fantastic story from these hot and steamy MMA/"bodyguards. Justice has always intrigued me since the the previous books he appeared in. He's not your typical body guard and Fallon, who he is hired to protect isn't what he expected her to be either. She lived such a sheltered life that she wants to break out and live. She know with Justice as her bodyguard she may just have a chance but the past always has a way of creeping back up not on just Fallon but Justice as well. He needs to resist her and protect her especially when things start to happen. This book has everything you've come to expect from Lori Foster. She always delivers and each of these men just keep you wondering damn if they only did exist for real. "I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book."

I'm a sucker for an alpha hero with a sweet side. Justice is hired as a body guard to Fallon, whom he assumes is a rich spoiled girl. Fallon is definitely sheltered but certainly not spoiled. She decides that with Justice at her side she no longer has to be sheltered and can begin exploring the world. Justice, a former MMA fighter, goes from viewing Fallon as a job to protect to viewing Fallon as a sweet woman whom he wants to protect and love. It's a love story that has you smiling throughout.

It was fun to see the big, badass, ex-MMA fighter Justice fall head over heels for sweet, innocent Fallon, who has been living a sheltered life the past five years. While Justice is cocky and tells it how it is, he also has a protective, loyal and caring side. I think I kinda fell for him the same as Fallon did.

There is definite attraction between them from the beginning, but Justice is trying to do the right thing since she is a client and so he doesn't act on it. But when they do give in, wowzer!! It is steamy and hot, yet sweet and loving. I love his response when Fallon bares her soul to him by telling him about the tragedy that happened to her family.

The danger/threat that is the story line will have you wondering who is really behind it. Lori doesn't use the usual plot lines that you read a zillion times and I love that.

And I love having the Ultimate Series characters make appearances in this series. I feel like I'm catching up with friends.

If you are wanting an intriguing, action, heartwarming, witty and sexy read don't miss this book.

I enjoyed Fallon and Justice but there was something missing for me. Maybe it was the somewhat odd choice in villains or that it felt slightly repetitive in plot.
I will say however that the first kiss had a perfect buildup and I will always love appearances from the SBC.

Fallon and Justice FTW!! I loves these two SO much! Lori Foster did their story so much justice (yes, I'm that corny) and I just devoured every single minute of HARD JUSTICE!

I loved this book. This is the 2nd book in Lori Foster's Body Armor Agency series (spin off of the Ultimate books), where Justice Wallington is working as a bodyguard. His client is an heiress, Fallon Wade. Fallon isn't spoiled, is very sweet & down to earth. She lives with her parents & they are very close though her parents are over protective of her after a family tragedy.

Fallon's parents hired Justice to keep Fallon safe, as she is now 24 & wants to enjoy life, go to different places & make new experiences. While Justice enjoys helping Fallon experience life & they are growing closer, there are some things that happen around them with a few characters that don't become clear til the end. We also get to visit with characters from the Ultimate series in this book when he takes her to her first MMA fight as well as seeing Leese again. We also get to see Sahara & Enoch too.

If you haven't read Lori Foster or haven't started this series yet, it's a great time to start. Lori Foster has a particular style and that's in full view in this exciting tale.

The characters are fun and the crisis is exciting. This is a real page turner.

Justice was a heavyweight fighter but decided to leave and become a bodyguard for Under Armor. His assignment was to protect Fallon a sheltered 23 (?) year old after her sister died in a fire. Fallon has never experienced anything normal girls her age have such as drinking, going to clubs, dancing, or talking to strangers. But when danger strikes Justice is there to protect her and find where the threat is coming from.

I honestly didn't really care for the first half of the book, but the second half picked up and we were able to see some of my favorite characters, Cannon, Stack, Denver, and Armie of course. Hard Justice in my opinion was not the best in the fighter/Body Armor series, but I still enjoyed the mystery and watching these two characters fall in love.

Justice Wallington knows how to put his skills to good use first in the MMA cage and as a bodyguard at the Body Armor agency. But no opponent has ever knocked him off balance like his new client, heiress Fallon Wade when he has to fake a relationship with her in order to blend in.

Lori never fails to give me exactly what I'm looking for. A little bit of suspense with a whole lotta sexy.

Another cute addition to the series! I’m so happy that Justice got his own story, he’s such a sweetie! Justice Wallington’s, MMA fighter-cum-bodyguard, new client is slightly sheltered heiress Fallon Wade. All he needs to do it keep her safe when she goes out but he’s not quite sure what to make of her. Her parents have hired Justice to protect her, but Fallon wants to experience life and having a new shadow isn’t going to stop her. Justice realizes quickly this job isn’t going to be quite as easy as he thought.

I really like Justice, he’s not your typical bodyguard and is exactly what Fallon needed in her life. He’s laid-backed and easy going, but also brave and dependable, someone you definitely want around. Fallon has basically spent most her life hidden away due to a tragic accident years ago, but at 24 years old, she wants to see the world. Fallon is really sweet and a bit naive, but I like that she’s taking steps to break out her shell.

The romance between Justice and Fallon was very sweet. It was a bit of insta-attraction, but I liked that we did get to see their relationship develop from friends to lover and that trust was built between them. Justice was a perfect partner to help Fallon overcome her insecurities.

In Hard Justice, there was definitely more cross-over of the bodyguard and MMA fighter world which was great for me because I love the boys and girls of the Ultimate series. The suspense aspect intertwined the bodyguard and MMA world and with a few suspicious characters, it keeps you on your toes trying to figure out who the bad guys is.

Overall, a nice addition to the series. True to Foster’s form, Hard Justice is an easy-breezy fun read with a lot of romance and a bit of suspense. The characters are lovable, and I look forward to seeing more of this series, especially Miles’s and Sahara’s story!

Justice Wallington is a former MMA fighter who has switched to being a body guard. His first client is Fallon Wade an heiress who has lived in a protected bubble. He is assigned to help her spread her wings and fly. Justice and Fallon start to fall in love, can they trust in their relationship? Justice connection to his mom and grandma was off the charts sweet and cute. I liked seeing the change in Justice and Fallon relationship from friendship to love.

You know, I’ve always liked Lori Foster’s style. I don’t think I’ve ever read a book that didn’t thoroughly entertain me. This was no different. Justice and Fallon were ridiculously cute. I mean they were polar opposites that fight together like puzzle pieces, perfectly. Their journey to HEA is actually fun to read. There’s no other word for it. They’re sexy and flirty and just plain appealing. I just wanted to read them forever LOL And I have to say, the mystery part of the book did not overshadow the romance at all. That’s my favorite part. Obviously, I was expecting there to be a mystery of something but I was glad that it wasn’t center stage in the story. It was full on Fallon & Justice **happy sigh**

I have to say, out of the two, Fallon was my favorite character. She was sooooo sheltered but willing to break free. It was adorable and charming and again, FUN to read. Her growth in the book warmed my heart. I had a huge smile on my face when I read this book and still do now writing this review. I have a feeling I’m going to remember these two for quite some time 🙂
