Perfectly enjoyable murder mystery amongst the NYC theatre set. A cozy mystery, minus blood and violence, but chock full of quips, motives and double entendres. I've read a previous book in the series, but any reader can join in with this installment of Nic (ex-police detective) and Nigel (ex-playboy) as assisted by their horse of a dog Skippy. An updated Nick, Nora and Asta, the trio hit the high spots of Manhattan while drinking cocktails and interviewing murder suspects.
