Overall, cute and sweet read about two best friends who end up together. I read through this book pretty fast but I enjoyed the dynamic between Maggie and Levi. I like how they supported each other and are actual best friends before they decide to take it one step further and hook up. I also loved the swimming aspect of this book.

I have loved every book in Miranda Kenneally's Hundred Oaks series and "Coming Up for Air" was no exception! First love, self-love, growing up, and learning what you really want out of life...Kenneally captures the emotions of all of these situations perfectly every time. I'm really going to miss Hundred Oaks. 5/5 stars.

I have read Miranda Kenneally's previous books: Chasing Jordan and Stealing Parker, and loved them. Therefore I was keen to get my hands on a copy of this book, I absolutely adored this book. Maggie is such a loveable character, and her blossoming romance with Levi made my heart swoon. A feel-good book, perfect for a rainy day!

I received this ARC via net galley for and honest review and was glad that I got approved. I have read books by Miranda Kenneally before and have loved them. I like that other characters from previous books also appeared in this book! I love any books that involve sports and romance so this was right up my alley.

I liked that Maggie and Levi are best friend before they ever hook up. I did feel that most of the time Maggie was more invested in the arrangement than Levi was. I think that Levi was resistant toward the relationship changing throughout the whole book. I think Levi was worried about hurting their friendship and that's a valid worry. Maggie want to get to the Olympics but is also having all these new sexual urges that she is dealing with and has a make out session gone bad. That make out session gone bad was hilarious though. Can Levi and Maggie come to a common ground or will there friendship be ruined?

Overall I liked this book and would recommend to a friend. I like some of Miranda's other books more but like I said I still liked this one a lot.

To Maggie swimming is life. She's a senior in high school but has very little experience with boys. To rectify the situation she asks her swimming buddy and best friend to be her trial hook up. These Hundred Oaks High books have been nice, easy, teen romances but this installment was rather flat.

A great YA story about realizing what important in life. The two main characters have to learn about balancing the pursuit of their dreams and making lasting memories. A lot of fun and I think readers will enjoy these this story of Maggie and Levi!

Maggie lives, breathes and dies by her swimming routine; she is going to go to the Olympics after all and she doesn't have time for any of the high school nonsense. When she begins to wonder what it would be like to have a boyfriend, she asks her best friend Levi to teach her how to "hook up", she doesn't have time for a real relationship. Sparks fly when the two of them learn that maybe they aren't just friends. Cute, easy read that had me rooting for Maggie til the very end.
