Very simple to understand without being covered by the complicated details. Recommend for those who are interested in trying this out without having to worry about the technical specifics.

Written by Sophie Merle, The Book of Tapping: Emotional Acupressure with EFT is a short, concise and simple but straightforward guide to Tapping.

What I liked best about this book is that - it is very easy to understand, making it possible for anyone and everyone to explore EFT.

Since this is a very short book, I understand that not much is covered, just the basics predominantly, but if you are looking for an introduction to EFT Tapping and uncomplicated explanations and ideas, this is a book you can check out!

I didn't know what to expect from The Book of Tapping being unfamiliar with this entire method. What I found fascinated me.

Utilizing the lessons in The Book of Tapping, yours truly practiced her first rounds of EFT. I wasn't expecting much, if anything to happen, but the results were surprising. First of all, I noticed a lightness around my head and face. It's hard to describe, but it was as if a real weight or wet towel dropped off of the top of my head. I was very impressed and kept at it.

I memorized the method and use it now at work, in the car, when my co-workers are frustrated, an angry person calls on the phone, or if I have a panicky moment. It could be that it is an excellent in-the-moment distraction from what's going on or maybe I'm actually changing my vibration. Frankly, I don't care why it works, I'm just telling you- it works.

Keep an open mind, readers. Saying that, I have to admit, I wouldn't necessarily have believed it if I hadn't experienced it first-hand. This EFT thing is for real. Sometimes, I stumble upon books that change my world-view and this is one of those books. The Book of Tapping just might be one for you too.

A coworker introduced me to tapping and it works for her and her children. This book helped me get a lot more knowledgeable on the subject, and for that I'm grateful and will try the exercises for sure.

I loved this book. I've always been interested in tapping but never really tried it myself. However, this book sets out all the steps in a really easy to read yet engaging way. I went in with a slight air of cynicism yet as the book progressed I really felt like I was getting into it.
I felt like it has really given me the skills to learn more about tapping and I'm already excited to put it to the test.

This is a an excellent introduction to tapping. The book is easy to read and the instructions are clear and simple. I have tried other books on the subject but found them a bit too complicated and confusing, but this one is pitched just right. Everything is clear and the book is not padded out. The illustrations were good and the references to other material and experts was excellent. Thank you

The Book of Tapping by Sophie Merle gives us an overview of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as tapping. We are shown the many ways that you can use tapping to overcome fears, anxiety, and break bad habits.

This short book gives us a good amount of information. It goes over the meridians and which ones are used during tapping. We are introduced to the longer tapping technique as well as the short five step one. We are shown why it is better to start with the sore part if you are tapping for pain rather than the karate chop meridian.

I think this would be a good introductory book to tapping but if you are more familiar with it this probably isn't the book for you. That being said I did like learning about the tapping point elements and if they had yin or yang energy.
I acknowledge that I received this book free of charge from NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for my honest and unbiased review of it.
