Anam Cara Books and NetGalley provided me with an electronic copy of It's Really 10 Months Special Delivery: A Collection of Stories from Girth to Birth. This is my honest opinion of the book.

A collection of essays from a diverse group of both men and women, It's Really 10 Months Special Delivery had me laughing out loud multiple times. This no-holds-barred look at pregnancy and delivery will have some readers shaking their heads in recognition of the familiar scenario or wincing audibly at some of the situations. I was amazed at how each of the authors was able to convey their own experiences in such few words, but with such completeness.

It's Really 10 Months Special Delivery would be a helpful book for expectant mothers who want someone to tell it to them straight, as there is definitely a lot of honesty here. My only complaint about the book is that I wish it were longer! I look forward to reading the previous title and I would definitely recommend this book to other readers.
