This is the first novel I've read by this author and I quite enjoyed it. It's descriptive, has a great storyline, and has developed characters with believable backstories. I didn't know what to think of the ménage a trois scenario, but quickly got over it. The sex scenes were vivid and hot! I will definitely be reading more from Calista Fox. There are a few mechanical errors; however, I'm sure these will be caught before the final publication. I rate this novel 4 out of 5 stars.

Calista Fox is a new to me author, and this won’t be the last book of hers that I read. I was sucked in to the feuds that tore apart young lovers, and the family drama that sought to keep them all apart. If Romeo and Juliette were a hot-as-hell threesome in wine country, you would have the Billionaires.

After years apart, three best friends from childhood reunite when Jewel returns home to her family’s winery to pursue her dream of building on a plot of land jointly owned by the families. But her reunion with her friends and former lovers, Rogen and Vin, is not one she expected. Nor are the secrets that are revealed and the knowledge that none of them has been able to move on from their childhood romances.

I loved reading about the history of these three. They were always meant to be together, but time and circumstances conspired to tear them apart. I loved that each person was so different and brought a different aspect to the relationship, and I adored that they all seemed to be better when they were together than they were apart.

When it was all said and done, I did think the rationale for the “feud” was a bit thin. Nonetheless, the journey to get there more than made up for it with a smart story, fun characters, men that were divinely yummy and sex scenes hot enough to melt your kindle. Grab a glass of wine to set the ambiance and sink into this decadent treat!

'The Billionaires' by Calista Fox is book One in the "Lover's Triangle" series. This is the story of Jewel Catalano, Rogen Angelini, and Vin D'Angelo who started off as friends when they were younger but a family feud had broken all that up. Rogen was Jewel's first love and now years later Jewel is looking to talk to Rogen's brother Gian about a deal for a piece of land for an exchange for a rare Angelini scotch. By now Jewel has grown into an assured woman but yet when she thinks back on her first love, she is transported to a time when she was a scared young woman, one whose body only answers a specific call and only two men have ever come close to opening her up for the chance to truly be happy and satisfied--Both Vin and Rogen have that other half of Jewel that makes her world come alive and her body only dial into them with only a code these two men have the code for. Each man is so different yet each man wants to cherish and protect their “Jewel”.
I loved the back story as read in this book and I love watching the twists and turns that allowed me to see if there would be an HEA for this M/F/M couple. Even though for a time, they were broken apart, true love plays a huge part of bringing them all together. I loved the drama and angst but I especially loved the passion and the sex, the more , the steamy it was and that was tops in my book. I cannot wait for book 2 in this series.

In true Calista Fox’s style, The Billionaires was compulsively readable, exceptionally hot and simmering with sexual tension and deep feelings. Since reading her Bayfront novellas, her books have become a guilty pleasure of mine and I can’t wait for more. If you enjoy elegantly written menage stories, with engaging characters, I definitely recommend this book.

My Thoughts

First off i should thank the folks at Netgalley for getting me an ARC to read of this series introduction. What we have here is an interesting tale of 2 past relationships merging into an interesting Menage, all with a family feud thrown in the middle.

We start off this new series with Jewel, a woman who's part of a family dynasty, and yet someone who's trying to make a name for herself. she's back in River Crossing, her family home in the hopes of striking a deal to get a piece of land that's been left barren because of a family feud. Of course, Rogen, the son of another well known family is also interested in the same piece of land. and the challenge of course is that it's barren land because their parents were intending to do a business deal 15 years prior that ended up going wrong, and for many reasons unkown, they aren't allowed to touch it.

Jewel's a shrewd business woman and has a plan to get the land, and just when she thinks that she's been able to make the deal, she learns that it's going to blow up in her face. The saving grace though is that the same night that she strikes the deal with Gian, Rogen's father, she connects with him and all the past heat between them ignites hotter than you can even imagine and we see something amazing start.

If that weren't good enough, feeling the chemistry between them leap off the pages, Vin,Rogen's best friend and psuedo brother shows up and there's clearly a history between him and Jewel as well, and we see that she slaps him upon sight, and things go on an interesting path from there.

The rest of the story we see Jewel trying to make her deal happen, while also finding out that the heat and chemistry that she has with Rogen is back with even more passion. We also learn that the hatred that caused this slap on sight from Jewel to Vin is fueled by their own passion from years past, and well, the threesome is born.

I'm a fan of good writing when we get the chance to have trios, however there were instances when i think that the heat could have been taken a bit hotter and further. The story was maintained even without the extra umph and i'm quite interested to see where things go now that there's a hint that we're going to learn what caused the riff between families.

All in all, a nice intro to a new series and i can't wait to see what's next. there are so many secondary character's that we've met that i feel like spin off installments are due. Enjoy!

Rogen was sent away to school, while Jewel and Vin remained behind finding comfort and a new love between them. However, for reasons unknown, Jewel and Vin also were separated.

Years have passed and now the three friends/lovers are all back in their hometown of River Cross. The chemistry and unresolved feelings amongst the three of them are high. Add in Jewel and Rogen's mutual goals to create names for themselves outside of their parents vineyards, as well as, healing whatever caused their parents' feud.

The story was very much driven by sexual passion, and if you are looking for hot and heavy on every page then this is the book for you. Jewel has a different relationship with Rogen and Vin separately, which ends up being more complimentary than combative, but it definitely takes a character as strong as Jewel to hold up to it all. The eroticism is sizzling but the good ol'. love story standing the test of time, definitely is what makes the book come together. Though I'll admit, the drama and angst about the past, especial between Jewel and Vin, was a little more than I prefer, but overall, The Billionaires by Calista Fox was an enjoyable novel and I would happily recommend.

I liked it. The connection between the three was believable, and the tension was well done. I only wished the sex scenes were hotter. Overall this was a lush, unbelievably sweet and sexy read which tugged at my emotions and had me rooting for Vin, Jewel and Rogen to find their happy ever after together.

Calista Fox is a new-to-me author. I’ve never read any of her books until now. I always enjoy finding new authors. In Calista Fox’s book The Billionaires I was introduced to three characters that are all friends or who used to be all friends. They grew up together. Now there is a family feud that separated them from each other. There’s also the issue of the female character falling for one of the guy friends and then falling for the other. Bring on the love triangle twist fest in The Billionaires.

I don’t want to get into much details because this book definitely is juicy in details. Some details involving the family drama between the feud between Rogen’s parents and Jewel’s parents and others being some very sexy details.

Some of the items I really enjoyed in The Billionaires:

-The crazy love triangle between Rogen, Jewel, and Vin. These three have drama from the past that they have deal with first before making an actual love triangle.

-Friends that become lovers. I always enjoy these kind of stories. Although, these friends became lovers way beforehand, but ended up breaking away for awhile. Their reunion is absolutely priceless though.

-Suspense of wanting to know the drama between Rogen and Jewel’s parents. Readers won’t find out until the end about the drama, so you will be left wondering why the drama is happening.

-The determination of Jewel of trying to acquire the land that both her parents and Rogen’s parents are not budging on to develop. Jewel doesn’t want to give up, which is why I really liked her character.

The Billionaires includes MFM (because of the crazy love triangle) and very crazy amount of sexual scenes between the characters. LOTS of crazy amount of sexual scenes, which is why I placed a content warning on the book. It’s a VERY hot sizzling book.

I give this book 4 stars and highly recommend it to readers out there that enjoy menage romance stories.

Second chance romance that swept me off my feet. Wow! What a story. I don't want to say too much to give the story away. But it is a story to read. Sexy and hot the whole way through the book. It's about two families that have been feuding for 15 years and the children were ripped apart because of it. But then everyone reunites and a joy ride begins. BRAVO! This is my first book by Calista Fox and it was AMAZING! The story features Rogen Angelini, Jewel Catalano and Vin D'Angelo. These men were so different from each other but complimented each other in the bedroom during a ménage. I can tell you that Jewel is a VERY lucky woman. All that delicious attention poured all over her by both men *sigh*

Great story line with fantastic characters. Sizzling bedroom antics, family loyalty, a great mystery as to the 15 year feud between the Angelini and Catalano families and running through it all is a beautiful love story between three people.

This is the first book by this author that I've read and it definitely wont be the last. This is a very steamy read. This author had a fab way of mixing plenty of steamy scenes with hidden surprises. The characters were fantastic and had amazing chemistry. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

This was such a fun read. I have enjoyed other Ménage à trois stories by Calista Fox but I have to say that this was my favorite one.

Jewel, Rogen, and Vin have a past, Jewel dated both men and loved them, at different times, she also had her heart broken by each of them. Now fast forward seven years, Jewel and Rogan's families are in a feud but they co-own a large area of property that Jewel wants to purchase from them. Will the families go along with her plan? If things were only that easy!

Vin and Rogen enjoy sharing women but neither of them have ever committed to a relationship other than with Jewel, I found this rather interesting especially since it had been so many years since either of them have seen her, but I guess the heart knows what the heart wants....and the three of them will never be the same once they go with what they all truly want.

Things heat up rather quickly in this story but it didn't feel rushed I guess that is because I was fully aware of their past relationship. I will say though that was shocked me was the reasoning behind the feud, I did shed a few tears because seriously how could I not when a mother spills her guts about what happened so long ago...WOW, talk about emotional!!

This was a fantastic start to the Lover's Triangle series and I look forward to seeing what comes next.

Steaming with erotic passion! You must be okay with menage to enjoy this book! -- I enjoyed the raw passion shared between the characters and enjoyed the family dynamic being brought into the story as well. I felt like the scenes with Bayli & Scarlet drug a bit and they almost felt like a distraction that wasn't needed. Now that I realize their stories are coming soon, I get why they were there, but I feel like they could have been incorporated a little smoother. Really enjoyed the book and will look forward to more!

Jewel Catalano, Rogan Angelini and Vin D'Angelo grew up as the best of friends in California's wine country. I absolutely loved this book from beginning to end. Calista Fox gives her readers something for everyone, a fantastic second chance love story elevated to the next level because it's not about a guy and a girl, but a guy, a girl and their best friend. It's also a story of unconventional love and if all the parties consent not only can it work but it can thrive.

Jewel, Rogen and Vin have been best friends all their lives. Jewel and Rogen's families have been friends for years so naturally the children where friends and Vin losing his parents at a young age was made part of Rogen's family. Then the unspeakable happened that ripped the families apart and seperated Rogen and Jewel just as their young romance starts. Left behind Vin and Jewel's friendship grows along with their feelings but it didn't last. Now 8 years later the 3 are forced back together to fight for their future and reconnect with one another in a whole new way. Can they make it work despite their families and perception of their love for one another?

What I love about Ms Fox's stories is her character development and dialog between her characters, both are written with sophistication and honesty. The story is fast paced that takes the reader on a journey of discovery as well as an adventure that the three main characters go on is fun, sexy and truthful. The great thing is that the story seems like it could really happen between these characters.

All in all if you are looking for a romance that to me is more than just a typical menage then you will want to definitely read The Billionaires.
