Haley is tired of being just the pastor's daughter and not getting to experience life. She loves her family but feels smothered. When she applies for a job as Jonathan's assistant, her education really begins. Jonathan has spent most of his life working hard in the construction business to escape poverty. He finally has everything he wants until he meets innocent Haley. Jonathan's been a "bad boy" all his life and knows he should stay away from Haley, but he just can't. I really enjoyed this sweet, sexy romance!

Hayley absolutely needs to get out of the church. With the Pastor as both her dad and boss her every move is in a fishbowl. Time to make a clean break. The only job available that isn't with a fellow parishioner is Personal Assistant to Jonathan Bear. Well, he has never darkened he Church steps so her movements are certainly less likely to be reported.

Jonathan Bear has spent his entire life proving himself. He now lives the American Dream in a dream house he built with his own hands. Alone. He has a housekeeper but the office needs help. He needs a secretary in his home office for sure but what he gets is so much more.

The ad was for a personal assistant, Hayley knew there would be personal tasks to see to but she never thought the line between on-the-clock and off-the-clock would be so important.

From the first knock on the door to the end the chemistry is sizzling. We are joined by old friends from our Copper Ridge family and they do what they do best, meddle. Brothers and sisters add their two cents and in the end love wins again. Maisey Yates remains on my top ten list.

Quick Summary: This was a sugary sweet lust to love romance. This book told the story of two people who were searching for something more. They found the "more" in each other.

There are a few authors of mine where I just can't wait to read their story, soaking up every single word given and Maisey Yates is one of them and Seduce Me, Cowboy was a wonderful wonderful edition to the Cowboy series.

A read that makes you laugh and cry and flick through the pages with sad regret it brings you closer to the end which is what happened with Hayley and Jonathan's story. I absolutely adore the humour Maisey injects into her wonderful stories, the first laugh out loud moment being the threat to be fired if the coffee is f'd up! See as I write it it's not funny, but Maisey writes it and i'm giggling away.

A quick read but every word on the page worthwhile and it all adds up to another tick being added to my how much do I love Maisey Yate's pile!

I was really disappointed with the portrayal of a young Christian pastor's daughter in this book.

Bad boy and a good girl, a classic romance troupe but with a twist. I really liked how Yates brought these two together, plenty of humor and passion.

This is a short story, a little longer than novella size and its part of series which I have not read at all. But its so terrific I want to read some of the other stories. It easily stands alone.

To some degree I think the author went with ocverkill with how innocent the main character heroine was. I mean Hayley is in her twenties and never been kissed, never dated, nothing zippola. I just couldn't buy that even at her age. I still loved her and reqlly enjoyed the book but this is 2017 and with the internet and everything I had a hard time believing that.

Jonathon Bear is an older guy, mi 30's but who since age 5 has taken care of mom and sister and especially his sister who at age 11 had a serious car accident and his mom skipped town. He really believes everyone leaves and is a big grumpy "bear' and well I adored him. He is hot but grumpy, a tough cookie but who really melts for Hayley and well their scenes were so great together.

This book was HOT and I loved how ghe corrupts Hayley.. They are super cute together and I really enjoyed every moment of their love story.

I have enjoyed almost all of the Copper Ridge books, so I was pretty excited to get this one.

I really liked Hayley and Jonathan. She's sweet and friendly and he's standoff-ish and stubborn. Together they have an amusing push and pull relationship and I enjoyed her standing up to him. One of the best scenes involved Hayley's father, but I won't say more than that.

It did seem a bit short, so the time frame is fast and that's where I start to get lost. It seemed like it had barely been a week, but at one point, Hayley mentions that it's been several weeks. Everything was so rushed at the end.

Don't get me wrong, I did like the story and I'll always read this series. But I definitely would have liked just a little more time for them to develop things.

**Huge thanks to Harlequin and NetGalley for providing the arc free of charge**
