This is an important book that had many testimonies and could be used for reading out of interest of preparing for an interview where you may be asked on ethics.

What an interesting book. I am so glad i asked for the chance to read this book. We all have heard/read about assisted suicides and the right to die, yet we never really hear about the pain that the patient is going through not only physical but mentally as well. This book even brings the caregiver to life as to what effect the experience has on them. It saddened me to know that some of the patients in this book knew what they wanted when the end was near, documented it as well as informed loved ones/caregivers of their wishes only to have them ignored. This book opened my eyes to things on a much deeper level. It will make you broaden/strengthen your view on this touchy subject. Sad but good book. Not a easy read due to the emotional value but one nevertheless that must be read. Thanks to NetGalley, the author and the publisher for the advanced copy of this book in return for my honest review.
