The hardship in the romance between Jess and Drake was sad suspenseful and difficult. 1880's was a tough time for women. The historical aspect of the story was excellent to read. Not my usual genre but it was good to read.

I really liked Jessie and Drake they were very believable charaters and enjoyed their story it was a well written super romance and holds your interest throughout.Luck forward to reading more from this author
