I received an e-copy of this book in exchange for a review.

As someone who finds journalling difficult, and is intrigued by the idea of creative journalling, I was interested in the idea of being led by the hand through some creative journalling prompts. The book clearly would be much better as a physical book rather than e-book as it is meant to be written in as a journal. It's very cartoon-y, the writing style is informal and it's basically providing the reader with ideas to spark creativity in journalling. You can do one thing a day, or take as long as you like. Or miss some things out altogether if they don't suit.

I would recommend this book if you are looking for ideas to start journalling.

My Thoughts
First, a Note
This review is long overdue on my blog. Every time I tried to sit down to write the review for it, I wanted to actually use more of the truly wonderful prompts before I reviewed it. But then today, I decided it is OK. I have read the book and worked on some of the prompts. And starting today, I will work on finding my awesome as I go from prompt one to prompt thirty.

The Review Continues
So, back to reviewing the book. I love, love, love this journal. While I do have the ebook (should have gotten the physical one instead is what I realize). Right now, I am doing the prompts on a regular old notebook using the prompts in my ebook.

While I am normally not a self-help book type of person, this book is full of fun, inspirational and creative prompts, and that totally resonates with me.

If you are looking for something deep, spiritual, or soul-searching, this might not work for you, though you could easily add more depth and meaning to any of the prompts here. And that is another cool thing -you can adapt it to fit your style and your time table.

You can do the prompts anyway you want to – do many a day, do one over many days, do one or more or all of them everyday, do one a day for 30 days – what matters is discovering your awesomeness in the process. And this journal does help with that. Do these prompts with family and friends, so everyone can benefit!

It makes you smile and takes you from being your worst critic to being your best cheerleader.

I do love that this book simply focuses on practical things we can do, like sending a text message to someone, writing a list of songs-to-dance-to, drawing a mandala, making something, decluttering, and more.

And yes, before I forget, the art is adorable, beautiful, colorful and darling!

In Summary
Between artsy (don’t worry if you think you are not) prompts, list-making, discovering yourself , and thinking about others, this journal takes you on a awesomeness journey without you realizing it!

So, worth it – either for yourself or as a gift for that someone who you know will enjoy books like this.

On a side-note, I discovered Judy Clement Wall’s blog today (why did it take me so long?) and it is a delight to look at.

Disclaimer: Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for the original eARC of the book; these are my honest opinions after reading the book. (I now have my own ebook!)

This 30 day self love challenge helps one embrace all their is to love about themselves. Each daily task is easily accomplished and helps one to truly “find their awesome”. I think my favorite challenge was the day 3 “Make a Rockin’-Your-Life List” which sounds way better to me than bucket list, though the sentiment is similar.

I had a great time reading this book. It was fun! It is a self rewarding book. I only regretted that I could not do the things that the author asked us to that was doodling in the book plus more. I am aware that I could do it on paper I have at home but I wanted the experience of doing it in the book as for me it would be a permanent record. It is an “awesome” book.

I enjoyed this journal so much! I love Judy’s inspirational messages as she walks the reader through each self love challenge day. The doodles are so cute and I instantly wanted to dive in to the activities. I plan to go back and expand each day into its own challenge and Judy suggested because I absolutely believe that what she has to offer about self love is right on the mark. I would recommend this journal to anyone in need a little self care, maybe a mom friend, a son, a daughter, or perhaps pa young adult dealing with 5e stress of life, an overworked parent, or a overwhelmed teen. I look forward to explore in other writings and illustrations by Judy.

This book is for those looking for a lighter and whimsical version of a self-reflection journal. Decorated with cartoon-like illustrations throughout, readers are invited to participate in prompts that encourage wellness and good-spirited acts like hugging, drawing, or writing about gratitude.dd This is a great little book to keep in your desk when you need a little boost of positivity. #netgalley

Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for a digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

For me this is a combination of a self-help book and journal. It is inspirational, encouraging, and like what the title says it brings out the "Awesome" in you. This book is in the form of a 30 day challenge, but you adjust the period according to your needs. I love the illustrations, while the daily ideas range from silly to serious and all will help to lift your mood.

It is a journal meant to be written, doodled, and colored in. Therefore, I highly recommend getting a printed copy of this book. Enjoy!

I love the daily journal aspect of this book. Because of that, the physical book would be much more valuable to a reader than a digital version. While I found the font and illustrations a little confusing in relation to the advertised target audience, the tasks themselves were wonderful as was the accompanying text. I think this would be valuable for teens and adults who are working on mindfulness and self-worth. It's not for everybody, but it's really nice that this book exists. I could see it being gifted for graduations and life events.

I’m so excited to complete the challenges in this book! This book offers a month’s worth of self-love challenges, such as text self love, make a T-shirt, etc. this book has great exercises for anyone who wants to boost their self-image or just likes to be positive and creative. Hooray for positive books!

This is a cute book filled with pictures, examples and step by step suggestions on how to like/love yourself more. It's all about self-love, pampering and inspiring quotes to memorize so that when you're feeling down you can remember a few to help lift your spirit. I'd say it's geared towards a teenage/adolescent/preteen crowd more than people like me who are almost 40 and know better. 3.5/4 stars total

Thanks netgalley for giving me the advanced PDF so that I can share my opinions with y'all

If Find Your Awesome was the first-ever self-help book published it may serve as the inspirational and motivational tonic to revive one's soul. After reading a few self-reflective books I found this one a little stale and unmemorable. The illustrations are cute, but after reading a few self-reflective books I found this one a little stale and unmemorable

This small self-help book is an examination of self. I liked it to well, a bought a hard copy too.

The book is broken down into small, daily activities such as texting people to tell them they are awesome or what would a t-shirt with your logo on it say? You can work the activities in order (as I did) or pick them randomly according to your comfort zone.

What a refreshing way to learn about yourself. I am tired of the serious, preachy books that tell me how to better myself is so many words I get bored by chapter two. Ms. Wall keeps things short that upon reading about the activity, one can put it into action. Additionally, her suggestions are simple and not costly.

I highly recommend this book just for the fun of it. If you want to learn something about yourself, all the better.

I received an ARC from HCI Books through NetGalley. This in no way affects my opinion or rating of this book. I am voluntarily submitting this review.

This book was a little more on the spuritual “woo-woo” side for me, so I did not get as much out of it as probably other people might. Illustrations were cute though!

This is a cute and fun little journal full of colorful illustrations and 30 days of self-care sorts of prompts. Examples are to write your not-to-do list of things to stop doing, design a t-shirt about yourself, make a list of what you'd save from a fire if you just had a few minutes to grab what was most important to you, make a mandala, and so on. Many are artistic and others are the list type.

This is such a sweet book! It's fun and is full of love and positivity. I really adored the cute illustrations and the font used, makes the book feel really light and carefree. I also appreciated how the author wrote open and honestly about her own experiences. The reason I didn't give it that extra star is because I felt some of the challenges were a little too similar to one another. Still an amazing book and I can definitely see me buying this for myself or a close friend/family member.

I loved this book! Super cute. Will recommend for sure! This book was exactly what I didn't know I was looking for!

I see this book being a valuable tool for older teen girls. To call BS on the world and what it's telling them. The world tells them they're not smart, pretty, popular enough. They need those thoughts quieted and ways to pull themselves back up before it's too late. Depression and anxiety are huge problems with young people today. It's hard to be successful and to give to the world when your cup is empty.
