Robots was a fun book to introduce and get children excited about coding and binary numbers. I was impressed by the way Yang had characters immediately solving a problem and then going into the backstory. This is a great series and as with most of his work, Yang does a phenomenal job. I will certainly be passing g this title and series on to many children I know.

Very cute! This series is a fantastic intro to computer science for kids. The story is exciting but not too creepy, and the lessons are well-integrated.

Couldn't get any further than a few pages, unless you know coding a lot of this I expect will be lost on you. Thought it started off too quickly, throwing us right into a situation with characters we had physical or emotional connection to.

Love this series! What a great way to get kids into coding. Gene Luen Yang is a perennial favorite of mine and while the bar is high enough for him that I can't say that "Secret Coders" is his best work, I do think it's among the best work in the genre of getting kids to code. Bravo, Gene, and keep writing these!
