This book talks about anything and everything that could possibly influence the quality of your sex life. Quite thought-provoking though I often did not share the values of the author.

More practical tips and tricks would have been nice. At times, it began to feel a bit academic.

Brilliant book ! Written with total honesty and openness. The author bravely puts herself on the line and shares so much of herself. It is a brave and inspiring book. It is different from all other self help books on the subject of sex because it has soul and passion. Apart from all the excellent advice and reassurance that 'normal' is actually a much bigger area than you think, I loved the way the author is still blooming, experimenting and living life to full even after many years of marriage, four children etc. etc. She is an inspiration - Thank you

Helpful advice for those seeking some help in the intimate area. Advice is very general-- can be used with couples straight, gay, Abu age or marital status. Sometimes a bit too general, and the author tends to repeat herself a lot but still helpful.

Strgar's casual style and in-depth knowledge work well together, resulting in a book which is as relatable as it is informative. She manages to discuss what many perceive to be a sensitive topic with tact and manages to do so completely and utterly unjudgementally. The book is broken down into chapters, making it easy for the reader to read what is relevant to them, as and when they are ready. I also think it's great that just by opening the book up, the reader has begun their journey to a fulfilling and healthy sex-life. After all, acknowledging one's lust for sexual fulfilment is one of the hardest steps.

Update: this book might just change my life!
