2.5 out of 5 stars. A man (Bo) finds abandoned 9-month-old triplets at a fair and takes them to the doctor to get healthy. The doctor's daughter (Louisa) looks after them while they get well again. During the babies recovery Bo and Louisa form a sweet relationship, but is what they have strong enough to overcome their own fears about themselves?

I wish I could've liked this one more. While I liked this novel and series' setup, I had a hard time with the way the plot wrapped up and how some secondary story lines never completed. I mean, even though I liked that Bo and Louisa got together, I feel the ending just wrapped everything up way to nicely. Especially after all the fuss Louisa made about her life. Then there was the baby-twist that I wish was a more completed plotline. Yet, from what I looked up, it's going to be a theme throughout this series. I just wish I caught on to that “theme” sooner as it might not have bugged me as much as it does now if I had known about it earlier. 😕 😛

Even so, I was enamored with all the characters, which is why I’m having a difficult time with the plotline.

Nevertheless, it’s because of the characters, I still recommend this novel to those looking for a sweet Christian romance.

What a sweet little bit of a romance this novel is for readers. Three triplets left at the county fair steal the hearts of Bo and Louisa. Bo finds the little darling boys and can think of no one more suited to care for them than the new doctor's daughter, Louisa. She is up for the duty but does feel the strain of tending to three young babies on her own. Bo and his twin brother, Brandon, do often lend a hand. Bo finds someone else stealing his heart as well and that is the beautiful young selfless woman, Louisa Clark. What will happen to these abandoned babies? Will the desperate mother be found? Will lovee touch Louisa's heart even as it has touched Bo's?
This book brings the past to life for readers . There are no cars to transport the people of the community. There are no disposable diapers, no washing machines, no sippie cups to bring convenience for the families of young babies. Louisa definitely faced a daunting task as she cared for the three babies, babies that weren't even her own. This book is a sweet little romance that will easily bring smiles and joy to readers. While the plot is a predictable one, it is one to recommend to others. I would certainly want to buy copies of this one for friends and family.
I am giving this book a rating of 4 stars.

The Rancher's Surprise Triplets was a nice LIH. While it wasn't a favorite of mine, as part of the story lost my interest, I did think certain things were cute. The romance was fine and the writing was good, so I really can't pinpoint what exactly made me not love it. Still, not a bad book and I actually did like it overall.

The League is putting on a fair to help raise money to help families in need. When three triplet infants are abandoned at the fairgrounds, Bo Stillwater turns to the new doctor and his pretty daughter for help.

Louisa Clark has just moved wot Little Horn, Texas with her father, who is the town's new doctor. When Bo shows up with the triplets, she knows without reading their nametags who they are, and volunteers to take care of them.

Taking care of three babies is a lot of hard work, so Bo and Lousia lean on each other and God for strength to find the boys a good home.

I like the way that Bo and Louisa get to know each other while taking care of the boys, Bo is touched by the care that Louisa take with the children, and he tries to come by and help when he can. Bo and his twin brother are close, but Bo is convinced that the only way for him to keep from becoming like their father is to never marry.

I like that The League is dedicated to keeping the siblings together, and they also help out bo's housekeeper with her matchmaking schemes.

Louisa and Bo both are committed to never marrying, and see in each other a person that they admire and respect, and would never want to hurt. Louisa's father is a good doctor and father, he depends a lot on Louisa, but would never want her to sacrifice her happiness for him.

Overall, a very enjoyable read, I'm looking forward to reading more about the triplets and the people that they bring together. There is a great dialog throughout, and I thought there was great character development and a great sense of community.

This story was truly inspiring and heartwarming with the selfless acts of the protagonists, their strong faith in God, and the kindness of the people in town, it all made me smile and want spread joy around me.
The triplets were cute as a button, the bond they had with each other, contrasted with the bond of the grown up twins, was both fun and amazing.
I admire how both Bo Stillwater and especially Louisa Clark were willing to put everything aside to take care of the triplets and kept doing so even when it wasn't convenient. That was a lesson I want to take to my own heart.
The faith in God Bo and Louisa demonstrated during the hard times as well as the good times, how they bound their heads together in prayer on several occasion as facing life and its challenges was another example to be taken to the heart.
Both Bo and Louisa were characters easy to like and admire. They had good hearts, they were kind, considerate and generous, yet they both had wounds in their souls that made them steer away from marriage. The struggle they went through was heartfelt, yet not too angsty. The advice and matchmaking from the townfolks were humorous.
With smiles, laughter, and few moments of apprehension, the romance advance in a timely matter. Mixed in there's taking care of the triplets, the fair in town and all the events around it, as well as the challenges the growing town in Texas is facing. I enjoyed the tale with its many lovely moments and charming folks, with the character's faith in God as a guiding light as they learn about life and their own destiny. An uplifting and heartening story filled with hope and auxiliary spirit

How often do people put their own worth and ability to love aside in the world? How often are people misguided about why they cannot marry, or love, or anything like that? Why do people feel they cannot pursue their own happiness? This is a book that covers some of those topics and more. When the fair is in town, to raise money for a local group to help those that need it, we find Bo checking through the tents before the fair opens. What does he hear? What does he find? What does he do? We meet the local doctor in town and his oldest daughter Louisa. They are waiting for his wife and younger daughter Amy and her husband Lawrence to arrive from back east. Louisa is a lovely young woman, who considers herself a spinster. Does anyone else ever call her that? Why does Bo feel he can never marry? What haunts him? What haunts Louisa? Who are Jasper, Eli, and Theo? What part do they play in the lives of everyone in town? I do mean EVERYONE. We see banding together in a wild west town like I've never seen it before and that made this book special for me.
