“If you could go back in time and rescue someone,” I say to Levi as we hurtle along the highway back to Paris, “someone who suffered a fate they didn’t deserve, who would you save?”
Levi is quiet for a long time. He stares out at the trees we pass with his lips pressed tightly together.
“Hitler,” he says.

This was a YA contemporary story about a girl who took her brother to Paris.

I felt quite sorry for Keira in this because she was trying to help her brother Levi and he was seriously annoying and didn’t want to do anything but visit McDonalds. Her mother only seemed to care about Levi too and treated Keira like she was substandard.

The storyline in this was about Keira inviting her younger brother to go to Paris with her, after a failed suicide attempt. Levi wasn’t very cooperative though, and didn’t really want to do much in Paris. He also seemed to disappear, leaving Keira frazzled and worrying, and I did lose interest a bit.

The ending to this was okay, although Keira’s mother once again proved that she didn’t really trust her.
