In My Way, Moana Hope opens up and honestly shares her story, the good, the bad, the awkward and the humiliating. While it was a bit too colloquial for my liking, this is Hope's strength in sharing her story, relating it how she sees fit and staying true to herself in her own way.

Moana Hope shares her family life, her experience growing up with 13 siblings, losing her father to cancer, and being stereotyped in her sports career. She details how she turned to a "party lifestyle" to fill the gap when she took a hiatus from football because she couldn't deal with the scrutiny to her body and style choices.

Hope not only shares the hard lessons she's learned, but she is a big supporter of one thing: Staying True. She not only remains true to herself no matter what repercussions she has to face, but she supports individuals to do the same, telling them not to listen to the negativity, not to believe in sexist stereotypes, and certainly not to conform to any one image if it is not true to you.
