I accidentally requested this book. I haven't knew that this is a third book in the series. I haven't read the first two books so it will be inconvenient for me to review this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This book is historical fiction. It revolves around British submarine service operating out of and during the siege of Malta in WWII. While the overall story is certainly interesting, it moves a little slowly. It tells the story of a fictional character, Harry Gilmour - the son of a school teacher, and his advancement through the service during the events of this time.
