i am not really sure how to review this since it is exactly what the title says!
i am not sure if it really helps a huge amount but it gives a lot of good advice and tips but it reads very boring and dry and makes it super hard to actually want to pick it up and read through it.

I thought this was pretty useful, pretty boring, but what else can you expect it. Definitely helped though.
