This was a new take on incubus and succubus for me. I liked the mythology and the character development. The heroine was stubborn and strong woman who was ultimately confronted with her past and able to get over her misconceptions and phobias.

There was good push and pull to the story with the hero having to confront his fate and adjust his priorities because of his feelings for Renee. I liked that her was a decent character even though he acted arrogantly. I also liked that Renee never was the fall at your feet girl, even though she thought he was attractive.

There was a good plot and action. Some of the twists were unusual and some weren't but over all it was a solid read.

Certainly an interesting novel to read. I enjoyed it. I would recommend it to my friends. It ticks all the boxes for me in terms of enjoyment , interesting novel genre., story line etc.. So check it out people, you may enjoy yourself more then you anticipated. Happy Reading.
