For those looking to use different resources in the kitchen, this is the cookbook for you. A unique cookbook that focuses on using sheet pans to fix your meals. Many of these recipes look delicious, I love the colors and photos. A good book to add to any cookbook collection in a public library.

First there aren't that many cookbooks for Vegetarians or Vegans so I applaud this for existing. Secondly I've never heard of sheet pan recipes so I learned something new. And Thirdly there is a lot of variety in the cookbooks with a bunch of different sections which is helpful depending on what you want to cook or how much experience you have cooking you can easily start with the snacks/appetizers and slowly make your way through depending on how comfortable you are.

A third sheet pan book following Sheet Pan Suppers and Sheet Pan Desserts, Sheet Pan Suppers-Vegetarian has some surprises in store for the reader. Who has ever heard of soup in a sheet pan or cooking your grains in a sheet pan.
This is a great book for anyone looking to get more flavor from your veggies and cook wholesome weeknight dinners for a family. You can prep and pop in the oven then help the kids with homework while the food cooks. Recipes are marked for Vegan (V) and Gluten Free (GF) for those looking for them. Not every recipe includes a photo but the majority do beautiful shots.
A few recipes I look forward to trying is vegan poutine and the chocolate chip cookie cake.
