Grounded Spirituality for the Real World, This book was written for the 20 something crowd and how I wish I could have of read this and put into practice these principles and guides at that age.

I have been a huge fan of Sonia Choquette’s for many years. Her books are so full of love and wisdom that I have torn through each one, gleaning the most excellent advice from the pages. I can’t wait for You Are Amazing.

This is a nice bubbly book, suitable for the teenage or young person's market. There is nothing new in the book but the way it is presented in a lively succinct format would appeal to those just starting out on their own. All the examples are relevant to young people and that age group will identify with it. I don't think it is suitable for the over 25's or those well read on the subject of intuition. Good luck with it.
