I loved this book and am already recommending it to my students! This is my first read in this series and I was concerned it would be confusing to start with book 5 but the past is mentioned or Ben thinks about it enough (not too much for those who have read all the books) that instead of being confused I want to read them all!
Following Ben Ripley on his covert mission to the White House to try to find a spy who is intent on killing the President while time is of the essence will keep you turning the pages.
Thank you, Stuart Gibb for a mystery/spy series my students will enjoy!

Tween likes the tone of the book and can easily get lost in it. Ranks this 3rd of the 5 so far. While this reminds her of Story Thieves, she considers this the better series. Looking forward to more from this series. 4.5 of 5 stars.

Ben is back and better than ever in this new Spy School book. The involvement of the President and the Secret Service adds an extra dimension to this fabulous middle grade series! I really enjoyed getting to meet Eruca's mother, her character was delightful. Book 5 in the Spy School series brings back many of the characters featured previously and will be a sure hit with middle grade readers.
Highly recommend !

I don't know what else to say about this series. It's fun, full of adventure and excitement and it makes me anxious for the next book in the series. It will appeal to both boys and girls and can be used to lure in reluctant readers.
