A very cute, simple, and funny little book. A lot of the stories were tragic (but funny!), and the author's companion illustrations made me chuckle even more.

I only have a couple of words to describe this book: funny and cute.
The stories were mostly hilarious and so much fun to read and the drawings were so adorable.
I recommend this if you are looking for a cute graphic novel to fly through in one sitting.

A funny little book, I liked the concept. I laughed quite a lot of times and felt a bit guilty (poor people!). Some of the break-up stories were truely hilarious! The drawing were cute.

A quick and witty book that is filled to the brim with cringe-inducing tales of romantic woes and breakups. My only gripe is that I wish it were longer. After particularly rough or emotionally taxing breakups, I tend to lean on comedy rather than sad and sappy works, this book being the perfect antidote to my heartbreak. The brief and swift romances described in the book alongside simplistic and comedic images made this book a breeze to read through.

I'm no so sure I'd like this right after a break up but it would be a good way to cheer up after getting through the hardest part (maybe?). I enjoyed the drawings and wish there were more! This was a collection of breakup stories with some Simone and cute illustrations mixed in. I thought it was fun to read, and hearing these stories truly makes you feel better about your own love life. Full of wit, this makes for a quick and easy read.

I enjoy the illustrations that accompany the stories in this book. The stories themselves are a bit shorter than I expected, but that might speak more on my expectations of breakup stories.

There's something oodly satisfying of reading other people's cringy breakup stories. It made me laugh and it help my friend smile while she was being a little sad after her own breakup. Absolutely recommend as a present to lighten up someone's mood. I wish we could see more of the art on the arc and perhaps few more stories would've been great.

Enjoyable, but very much in the style of collected tweets on a webpage I could have read. not such a fan of the layout, feel like the book could have been presented a bit better.
Content itself is pretty fun, but again - feels like just a lot of website content mashed together into a book.

This was so bad I don't even know why it managed to get 1 star. But it's the lowest I can rate this on here, but I reality it's 0 stars. Not even a half star really.

This clearly wasn't for me. It's it my style of 'humor' which I'm guessing was what this was ment to be. It was not entertaining but just awful and some were hard to read and left me wondering what kind of a person would find this funny?

Yup... This speaks to my jaded, yet hopeful, sucker-for-pain self. You more often than not find people that cheat than people that don't. It's nice and refreshing to see and hear about little snippets of an open relationship, although there is just as much stress and pressure riding on it as there would be on an exclusive relationship, albeit different stresses, it's not as heartbreakingly morbid, or sad and pathetic. This book shows that we are all sad and pathetic, no matter what type of relationship or non relationship we're in.

This book is fun full if stories of those who could have done better at breaking up. We've all done it! This book would make a cute gift for someone as well.

There's something enjoyable about reading other people's break up stories, believe it or not. I picked this book up when I was going through a reading slump and even though I took my time with it, it's definitely a light read that you can read in one sitting. The stories were so different and unique, some more interesting than others, but all of them deserved to be featured in this book. I laughed, even though I felt bad for them and the secondhand embarrassment was present most of the time. The illustrations were gorgeous and they fit the stories perfectly. You can take these stories as a life lesson and maybe avoid the chaos.
Turns out breaking up is, indeed, hard to do.

Some stories were funny, others not so much but still interesting - it's amazing how some people can do that things. The cartoons were okay. It was quick to read and enjoyable.

The description of this book is accurate - short stories of comical break up. A chicken soup for the soul type story book that makes you feel like your life might not be that bad after all.
