Liam comes from a rough childhood, but after he and his two brothers were taken in by a Castle Falls couple, they had a home and family that could be relied on. There are others in the community that don't let the stain of his past go, and old prejudices interfere with Anna and Liam's blossoming friendship. I liked how one small experience shifted the tides for them, and they began to interact at a deeper level than before when they always had their guard up. they have a sweet chemistry that is not founded on looks or physical attraction, but a much more meaningful connection of long-held feelings of yearning. Old secrets come to light with Anna's past, but also with the three Kane brothers. I'm excited to read more in the series!

I wasn't sure what I would rate this book, I alternated between 3 and 4 stars, but the ending was so cute that it made it easy to decide on a solid 4 stars.
I haven't read the first book in this series and I think that might have contributed a little to the lost feeling I had a couple times. I feel like I would have loved the story had I been familiar with the prior story and town/characters. Still, I did really enjoy it for the most part.
All in all, a good Love Inspired story and I look forward to the next book in the series...now that I know the characters, I cannot wait to see what happens next...

I really enjoyed this title. It is a fast easy read. I read the 1st book in the series and I am looking forward to the next. I just hope we do't have to wait so long.
Anna is the single mother of Twins that purchase a birthday present of a day in the wilderness with their mom and the guide Liam. The twins have help matchmaking with their mother and liam who have a history from High School.
I highly recommend this title. It is well worth the time to read. You will be glad you do. It is very uplifting.

The Bachelor's Twins was an excellent read. Kathryn Springer never disappoints. Back in Castle Falls we meet hardworking single mom Anna Leighton and her twin daughters, Cassie and Chloe (who kind of steal the show, they are super cute and matchmakers to boot!). The hero, Liam Kane has a past with Anna, but it isn't what you'd expect. They weren't high-school sweethearts, not by a long shot. But the conflict between Liam and Anna is real, yet both remember that pivotal night differently ~ which is why the conflict is able to be sustained for an entire novel.
I also liked the little subplot of her running the ice cream store because she was expected to and because it was in the family, but her dream and passion was making jewelry. Fun and quick read, page-turner. I'd highly recommend!

A BUY BUY BUY BOOK!
I so enjoyed this book. It was a story with faith, hope and love. It was one to be cherished and to be smiled at while you enjoyed it. Each step of the book has warmth and love bound within its words. This is the first that I can remember reading from this author. However, it will not be the last. I can only say buy the book, it is a wonderful example of Gods Love showing faith in a world of wickedness. Showing romance as well as family and values. I was given this book in return for a honest review. Anna

Liam Kane works with his brothers, Aidan and Brandan, running Castle Falls Outfitters. Liam designs and builds canoes that they sell for guided trips on the river. Liam and his brothers still live with the scars of childhood abuse that they overcame with the help of their adopted mother, Sunni, and her late husband. Some people in Castle Falls still hold their past against them. Liam knew Anna Leighton in high school but has avoiding her ever since she came back to town because of an awkward situation that happened at senior prom.
Cassie and Chloe Leighton want to get their hardworking mom the perfect gift for her birthday, and settle on a canoe trip, and Liam ends up being their guide. Liam is great with the girls, and helps them earn a pin for Sunflowers, a group they are a part of at church.
Anna Leighton comes home to Castle Falls after the death of her husband to run the family ice cream shop, but her dream is to make jewelry. She is highly involved in church and the community. She's even helping with her class reunion.
Sunni loves her boys, and isn't above plying matchmaker if she thinks it is in their best interests. She volunteers to help watch the girls. I love how she celebrates the simple things, and encourages her sons.
Anna can't help but notice how good Liam is with her daughters. He goes out of his way to help her and though he has always liked her, he admires the creative woman of faith that she has become. But Anna has her secrets and fears, from her past that make her hesitate to love again.
Liam is my favorite, he is a worthy hero, kind, full of faith, and a man of action. He want's what is best for Anna and the girls.
This was a delightful read that brought a smile to my face. Enjoyable, and well written small town romance, with great characters, I enjoyed returning to Castle Falls. Definitely recommend.

A wonderfully written sweet story that had me smiling. I enjoyed the characters, the Kane brothers had an amazing bond, I loved the setup of the small town and the businesses both the Kanes and Leighton's were running. The story had such a strong undercurrent of faith and hope, it truly was inspirational and uplifting to read.
The different Love Inspired lines of books from Harlequin are Christian faith-based stories. I admired how that aspect of faith in God was dealt with in this story. All the characters had a strong, trusting, obvious relationship with God. They relaid on Him during the good and the bad moments, they inner thoughts often prayers to God to be in charged of the instant they were in. This was a lovely romance story written to Christians who enjoy romance and like their books to reflect those same values and morals as themselves hold dear, there's no preaching or lecturing, just sweet small town romance filled with hope and faith.
Anna Leighton was a dynamic lady, a business woman, an artist, and a mom. Her kind heart and easy trust had been shattered during her marriage, the ultimate betrayal a secret she held close to her heart. To be able to move on she had to face the truth, and to be honest about the abuse in the young marriage.
Liam Kane and his brothers knew all about abuse, they childhood had been filled with it. Yet they had grown to be examples of a good, solid, God-loving men of faith. I loved Liam, he had such kind, understanding, caring, generous spirit, the biggest heart ever. His feelings towards Anna had been growing ever since he first met her in school, 'she was like a sun', he thought at one point. Anna and Liam's connection had a wrinkle they had to fix. The friendship was fragile, but thankfully they had the community and families around them who were pushing them together every chance they got.
I enjoyed the twists in the plot, the conflicts were all heartfelt and real, the twins were adorable, and new information the brothers got regarding their biological family gave a taste of intrigue to the tale.
The Bachelor's Twins was a precious romance and thought-provoking story that I adored!

Thoughts:
THE BACHELOR’S TWINS by Kathryn Springer begins with a past one cannot escape, but while someone may bury it, another will keep it as if it will be a forever affliction!
However, with two young siblings, the past has no part in their present.
For their mom’s birthday, the Leighton twins book a dream day off, but for Anna Leighton, this is a nightmare coming to life. She harbors a secret to keep away from a man who has drawn her twins to him, but Anna would rather they liked another. No, it isn’t because she fears him.
She fears he knows about the things she’s been hiding.
The persistence of two little girls despite their family ties is charming Liam Kane as we fall in love with him. They are determined to make him feel as if he is part of their family, but would they feel that way if they knew of his thoughts of their father? He still lives the guilt of almost destroying a relationship by his own lot in life. His own mind and his own experience only manufactured what he thought he saw and dutifully challenged.
His reality was the warning he needed to remain single. On the other hand, maybe he just refused to be like the man that had been in his family.
In Castle Falls, can we ever begin again or will the past cave in upon us?

Inside THE BACHELOR’S TWINS by Kathryn Springer, high school seems like just yesterday where secrets are concerned.
Anna Leighton has eight-year-old twins, owns two businesses, and will never seek out help. Her sleepless nights are not from motherhood, but from working too hard as a single mom. Her daughters come up with the best gift, and it’s free too!
The only person leading this tour is the one man Anna has been running from for ten long years.
Liam Kane is an outdoorsman with a history he will not forget, and his number comes up to lead the trip that puts his high school crush in the center of his path. However, he will never feel comfortable around her since what had happened many years ago.
She loved another, and he misread the other boy’s intention and had the gall to tell her about it. Later, it was the death of her husband loading him with even more guilt, and he is sure it only fortifies the barrier separating them. In the meantime, her twins seem content not only to seek him out but also to put him next to their mother at every opportunity.
Liam begins to wonder about his own life trajectory.
