I can't review at the moment the book because my netbook is broken. I will do that as soon as possible. I love all your books and I want to do a good work as I did for the other ones I reviewed. There is just to wait some other days and then I will be back with these books. I am so sorry for the delay.

Well made show piece for fans of the Masterchef US series, especially the season that Shaun O'Neale won, which I am guessing is season 7 looking at the Goodreads placeholder title (MasterChef 7) and author (MasterChef Winner) spots in this book record as of April 25, 2017.

The book is full of meaty, over-complicated dishes like Lobster Bisque with Cognac Crema and Bacon Fat Croutons, Salt Baked (Whole] Red Snapper, and Candied Bacon Cheesecake. Most recipes are two to three pages in length, and seem like they would take a bit of skill in the kitchen to successfully complete.

I am a fan of Masterchef Australia and the original Masterchef UK version, but did not warm to the US version because of the hyper-drama and heavy editing (Seemed like I heard one contestant's voice-over soundbite used several times, in different settings, to add drama or make it seem like the contestant said the same nasty comment multiple times.)

All that aside, this book is nice enough, and should be enjoyed by show fans. There are many meaty recipes and a large section on cocktails. This book is just not my cup of tea.

This book and me are going to have a love affair. The pictures had me starving and the recipes in this book had me drooling. I have a list made of dishes we will e trying next week. The book is broken into categories to make it easy to find the perfect dish. The recipes are easy to read. I like how if the recipe has more then one part each part is broken down to a separate recipe on the same page. The pictures are fantastic, they ake even the ones with ingredients I do not look look yummy.

The recipes are unique and original with easy to understand instructions for a chef of any experience level. Some of the recipes seem a bit more sophisticated than others with a price tag to match, but then there are classics like the Herb Roasted Chicken with just a slightly different spin that will fit any occasion and budget.
