Of you haven't read the first two, I would recommend it. This will start off right in the middle of the two female main characters from the first two so this one will pick up when Jess is in the hospital with her fun shot wound and weeks after Emily was taken and beaten.

This is the first-time reading a story by G. Archer and I can say I would love to was more and I can't wait for more of this series.

This has some grittyness, drama, laughter, resentment, and right about of sex.

Copy was voluntarily exchange from Netgalley.com
Nicole Walker is has a rough childhood seeing her father yell, but her mother, and her older brother and her be emotionally abuse by her father. Until he went to prison for killing for his friends. Nicole HATES BIKERS and has been letting everyone know her distaste. That is until Tank gets under her skin.
Tank concurred a lot in life, enlisted into the Marines, married to a crazy women, PTSD, and being raised by his older sister but he is alive but broken. Or was until he saw Nicole in the hospital trying to stay strong for her friends Jess and Emily. One year he watched her from a car but wedding week took his admiring for a far to right up and personal with Nicole and her clear disdain for bikers and him.

Can this broken survival of war and death be awakened by a sassy, smart with an unfiltered mouth beauty and make his heart love again????

I love reading MC series and this is one that I truly enjoyed.
This one was not a grit and gore MC read and it was refreshing.
There is no shortage of that biker edge with Tank. The power, the presence and the sexiness. And, hello piercing!
Nicole came off snobby but as we read on into the story we see that she is not. She is confident with hints of sass. And can go toe to toe with Tank.
These two simply collide in a beautiful way! There was just no way that one night would be enough! And thankfully we get to read all about it!
There was a good balance of humor, chemistry, sex, drama, loyalty and angst to make this a smooth and enjoyable read.

The resilient is another good book in the series. But I did expected more of a plot for me it was way too predictable and what happens with Stich totally unnecessary for my opinion. Both Tank and Nicole were great characters well develop interesting. I liked Nicol and her sassy mouth it made me laugh more than once. She was also smart and strong. Tank was a giant with soft hart and what dose two did together hot hot and again hot.

I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

Two troubled souls with trauma histories meet and fall in love. Tank, a retired Marine who now belongs to a motorcycle club, is drawn to Nicole, a friend of his club president’s old lady. He does not do relationships. Though physically attracted to Tank, Nicole vows to avoid motorcycle club men because of her terrible father. They agree to sex only, but find something more. Story was fine, the writing could’ve been better.

This series is fantastic....good characters, plot and of course sexy bikers. I loved Tank and Nic's story and how realistic their situation was and how they had to learn to let their guard down and open their hearts. I loved seeing the guys and gals from the previous two books as well. Can't wait for the next one in this series.

What a great book. I loved how Tank handled being called truck by Nicole. He was so into her and yet she kept putting up this resistance but he prevailed and they ended up together. I loved the wedding with bridezilla and all the effort everyone as going through to make it the perfect wedding for their friends. Her father was a real asshole and once he came back into the picture oh goodness I just knew something awful was going to happen. I do wish she would have ran to Tank and let him comfort her but instead she ran to her mom and hid out at her old home. Great writing and characters who are so interesting to read about. I love this series!!!

I didn't really know what I was getting when I requested this one. I wanted something light and fluffy and that wasn't what I got. Also, I haven't read the other two books in this series and, while I'm sure this can be a standalone, I was a little out of the loop.

Tank's first impression of Nicole is that he immediately wants her. (He used more explicit language, but I'd like to keep that off the blog.) His first meeting with her is also at the hospital where one of their friends are because she was shot. So. His friend got shot and he's got other things on his mind.

Flash forward a year to when their respective friends are getting married and Tank and Nicole meet again. They immediately piss each other off and Nicole gets a bad rep for being a mean bitch. Literally, her friend tells her that. As someone like Nicole, who freely speaks their mind and is always honest with others, that kind of bothered me.

Eventually Tank and Nicole take their mutual hatred for each other to the bedroom. They agree to be "one and done" but it never works out that way does it?

I did enjoy this story, but it was just a bit too much for me. There was a lot of drama to go along with Nicole and Tank's story. Some of it was drawn out from other storylines and some of it was their own. I liked the male characters in the books, but wasn't too crazy about Nicole's "friends", except Brittany. There was definitely some character growth here, and I do love that. I liked how Tank and Nicole's relationship changed and how they were able to open up to each other in more ways than one.

I'm not sure if I'd like the others in this series, but this one was pretty good.

**I received a copy of Resilient from Entangled Publishing and Net Galley in exchange for a voluntary and honest review**

Resilient by Gillian Archer is the third book in the True Brothers MC series by the author. I have read the previous books and even though Resilient can be read as a standalone, I recommend reading the series in order. You will need a couple of tissue at the ending though just a fair warning.

Nicole Walker grew up part of the MC family who were to say the least a bit rough and now as an adult she is best friends with Jessica who is marrying Zag. However, Jessica has turned into a Bridezilla the closer to the wedding it gets. Tank has been assigned to them for the dress fitting as he's drawn the short straw and has been assigned to drive the women around for their errands. But he's got his eye on Nicole but neither want to admit the attraction that they have. But when Nicole's father shows up at her mother's she accidentally mentions something about the True Brothers MC that will have tragic consequences to the heart and soul of the club. She will distance herself from everyone in the MC because of her guilty admission. But will the MC and everyone forgive her or will she have to turn herself away from Tank and True Brothers MC.

Tank has returned to Reno and the True Brother's MC after his Marine service ends, they are his family even though he has a sister (who has issues of her own) he's able to find peace within the MC and their leaders. But when he meets Nicole and they agree to only one night, they both find that just one will never be enough. When a confrontation with Nicole's father occurs his faith will be tested and he'll want to protect Nicole and all of his brothers. But it will take everyone in the MC to heal everyone and learn to carry on in the face of a tragedy. Can both Tank and Nicole be able to survive and take their newfound love to the next step and heal their own grief stricken families?

I have loved each and every book in this series and love getting to know each member of True Brothers MC. I give the book 5 stars and anxiously await the next book.

Books about motorcycle clubs don't typically make the top of my reading list, but I will admit to enjoying Gillian Archer's True Brothers MC series. Tank and Nicole' s story is not to be missed!

Resilient is the third book in the True Brothers M.C. Series. Once again Gillian Archer has written a riveting tale, this time we have Tank and Nicole's story. It was great to catch up with the other couples from the previous books.
I would say there is a bit less angst with Nicole and Tank getting together than Emily and Jessica went through, but that by no means made this story less intense, in fact I felt that the way things turned out at the end were all the better for the slow build up, I had worked out who or what was responsible for the tragic events that unfolded but that by no means spoilt my total enjoyment of this book.
Another winner!

Great Story!!

As soon as I was made to laugh out loud within the first few chapters I knew it was going to be a great story.

I like the dynamics between Tank and Nicole. They definitely had heat.

The overall story flowed nicely with a few twist thrown in for amusement.

Overall a Great story and I hope to continue on with the series.

I love this series! This book was a wonderful addition to the True Brothers MC Series. Nicole has a good reason for not liking bikers...namely her father. He was abusive and mean, and is currently doing a stint in prison for manslaughter. Tank has some issues of his own that he needs to work through. The two started out on a rocky path, but once they got together, really together, their relationship was loving and protective. I would take Tank in a heart beat. Loved this story and after finishing it, went back and immediately started re-reading the other two books in the series.

I discovered this Series by Gillian Archer by accident, and I have been a huge fan of her work ever since. I was super excited when I got the latest installment through NetGalley in exchange for a review, which I am more than happy to provide. The relationship between Tank and Nicole had plenty of sexual tension a good storyline, and lets not forget some very steamy love scenes, and it moved along at a good pace. I don't think you would need the read the two previous books in order to enjoy this read, but if you are not familiar with them I would suggest you do, just so you get a better picture of all the main characters. I hope that there will be many more books in the series, I can't wait to see what will happen next. I pretty much devoured this read and just for fun I am rereading the whole series all over again at my leisure.

What a sexy, hot read!! I loved everything about this book!! I felt so many emotions reading this book. And I love that in a book!!
The chemistry between Nicole and Tank is off the charts. Nicole wants Tank but she dislikes bikers. So that leaves Nicole feeling things she's not sure of. Like why does she want to jump Tank while wanting to stay away from him. But when a one night stand leaves Nicole reeling from one night together will see be able to stay away. Especially when her best friend is marrying into the MC family.

I've recently become interested in the MC genre. Like any specific focus, some are done well and others are shadows of those. This book, for me at least, was one of the ones that missed the mark. The characters we're not well developed and what was there was not likeable. The club aspect fell flat too. The gritty intensity of this genre was completely missing. You know how they take a film and put it on television and then edit it to clean up the content....that was this book. The story was, in fact, almost juvenile and the dialogue was awkward. Boy I hate to be mean because the author worked hard, but this was a huge fail for me.

Requested and received an ARC from NetGalley.

So if you like sexy biker books and need a new read this may work for you. I found it enjoyable, and Tank and Nicole were a likable couple but I found that I was left wanting more history on Tank, especially since he had been in the military and had a PTSD service dog. I also found Nicole's history a bit confusing since the first time she tells Tank it sounds like her dad spread the physical abuse throughout the family but later she says that only her Mom was physically abused and that her and her brother just suffered verbal abuse. Pretty sure someone getting choked would fall under physical abuse. As enjoyable as Nicole and Tank were though, they are not the reason I will remember this book. That comes from the gut punch of an unexpected plot point. It was horrible and made me cry, and although memorable it made me hate the author a little and I wish she'd change it, but I know some readers actually enjoy a good cry...I am not one of those people.

MC books aren't my usual fare but this one attracted my attention and I'm glad it did. Book 3 in the True Brothers MC.
Nicole hasn't got thing one good to say about bikers despite the fact her best friends are either married to them or are going to be. Nicole is a piece of work, I liked her snark especially with the men. There's a reason for Nicole's often times brash behavior, which comes to light later in the book.
Getting ready for Jessica's wedding, she and Nicole are being driven by the over the top Tank as he's known. He's been a Marine, has a sister who has a crap marriage and a divorce that put him through hell. We don't get the details here, but you can surmise. He sees his driver duty that day as punishment, having to put up with the two women, Nicole who isn't exactly pleasant to him and Jess has turned into Bridezilla.
Nicole is no slouch, she's got a masters degree and works designing new computer gaming for the casinos. Her mother lives in town, they moved to Reno after her father went to jail. Nicole has some terrifying memories of her young life.
She and Tank get friendly the night of the rehearsal dinner and Nicole insists it's a one and done deal.
She just can't resist Tank. Tank is down for that, he's not interested in anything that resembles a relationship. So one and done become's two and shoo and on they go. Carefully but it's obvious they care about each other.
Meanwhile someone has torched the MC's cycle shop the night of the wedding. This on the heels of several other incidents and they're leaning toward blaming a rival group of not so nice bikers. They even look at their new recruits. As things evolve on several fronts the story comes to a major pivot point that just made my jaw drop. It ties up most of the questions in this story.
I loved Tank and Nicole together. Stella his dog was a keeper.
I'll go back and read the first two books, I liked this well enough to do that. Great book. Worth the read.
