I am in no way a religious person, but the description of this book pulled me in. With the ongoing argument on migrants and people fleeing their war-ruined countries to make a better life somewhere else, I think that this is a very important read. Because I am not religious, it was sometimes hard to get past the religious part of the book, but the message was still the same: acceptance. It was very eye-opening to how ideologies differ so much in the world. I knew that we still lived in a racist world, but this book really made me realise how far we've still got to go.
