I really enjoy books with alpha makes. The reason why this series caught my eye in the fist place was that there were 3 alpha males. I really wanted to see more depth in the characters. I also would have like there to be less "twists" and random story changes. I do not think I will read the next book in this series.

I enjoyed this series in general, it was a fun ride. However, it had a lot of problematic aspects. My main issue was that there was what I would consider several rape scenes. Sure, maybe in "werewolf culture" it wasn't, but in human culture I would have called the police. It was difficult for me to get passed these scenes and move forward. I especially became angry when they were blaming her for running. Can we just agree that she had every reason to run? I wanted her to punch them all in the face.

In contrast, the characters were really interesting and I loved their relationships once they finally decided to stop forcing her to have sex. They were really funny and I would love to see more of their new healthy lifestyle. This book was my favorite of the three. Would read more by this author.

An emotionally intense and extremely hot shifter romance series. Just as everything seems to be going good the world changes on her. It seems everyone wants to take away everything and kill her. Can she even trust those around her to protect her but not use her? She will fight everyone including her mates to stop the pain. I cried for her and hoped for her while reading this story. It is very emotional and the relationship with her three mates is beyond intense. They are all extreme alphas and don’t know how to release control. Lots of bdsm and m/m/f/m with a little m/m. Ms. Blacio always blows me away with her books and this one definitely did that.

This is the third book in this series and the second one that I have read. I found this story to be an entertaining read. Although entertaining, I did find that at times the characters got on my nerve, as well as each others. Not sure I should say it was whiny or just not grownup enough for such a complicated relationship. I thought at the end of the last book they had worked through some of the kinks in the relationship. But that is what this story is about them getting to know each other and figuring how they are all going to work. Guess you’ll have to read to see for yourself. This story does have quite a few surprises that keep you reading and wanting to see how it all goes.

This story was about Jaycee and her 3 mates (better her than me). She has a very dark history and tends to run from any confrontation. She and her mates have lots of hot sex, love, misunderstandings and finally start to understand each other. Jaycee is betrayed by her father and it really rocks her world. This was a very complicated story and kept me reading until 2 in the morning. I couldn't put it down.

I really liked the pace of "Coming Home". It was detailed with hot sexy shifters that was fast paced. The action never slowed down from the first page to the last page. Jaysee with Remy, Dane, and Mark, her 3 alpha mates, becomes a better story with each episode of the 'Running in Fear' series. The character development and details of this series makes it a great read for those that love shifters stories, suspense, and BDSM. The consistency of each book is spot on, allowing the reader to pick up and continue on to the next adventure. This one has been my favorite so far. When I requested this book I thought It would be like the other stepbrother series all different couples and could be read as a standalone. Boy was I wrong this the third book in the series so I was missing a huge chuck in the series. Which made it very hard to get into this book and try to understand what was going on. The mates are now settling down but their female mate is still uneasy and is waiting for the other shoes to drop. They have been through some things that what I could make out and they deserve a happy ending.

This book was of course just as great as the others before it. I felt such rage towards Guy that I had to remember this is just a book, ha.

I loved the storytelling + how the characters interacted w/ each other.
I can't wait to read the next book.

Jaycee reminds me of a cave-woman: she grabs and stabs food and stuffs herself, she runs all over the place (as in running away from conversations), she slams doors, she yells (a lot). Incredible.
She doesn't keep her promises, neither do her mates.
The book is not that long but it's a repeat of the same all through the story, like a cycle.
The story finishes on a huge cliffhanger; there's not even an HFN either.

I received an advance reader copy in exchange for a fair review. The story is about Jaycee and her three mates and it is very sexy and erotic. The story involves danger, betrayal, death and love. The book is well written and keeps your attention. There is a HEA but it does not come easy with all of the danger that is involved. I would recommend this book.

I liked this one but the betrayal of the man that supposed to protected her all her life was at the heart of it all. The pain of her loss is more hurtful than the night her one mate was killed. But all the hurt and distrust Jaycee went through in all the others and this one she will have some bright moments to overcome some of the heartbreak, like she will have Mother Nature on her and her mates/ packs side, new and terrifying powers gifted to her and her mates from Mother Nature but a new growing family. BUT the worse ain't over yet they still have a big war coming to them involving evil snake shifters that want to take Jaycee as their broodmare and uses her for her powers and other disgraceful things. Her new family has not 2 but 3 powerful packs and half of the National Council alphas.

Great addition to this steamy series. This story is fast paced with tons of drama and plenty of secrets that are being revealed. I was hooked from beginning to end, great characters and an entertaining read. Looking forward to more.

This is Book 3 in the Running for Fear Series. Jaycee and her three mates are now expecting a baby and building onto her cabin. There is so much action and suspense happening in this book! The guys are still hot Alphas but they are beginning to adjust to their life with their strong female who has a mind of her own. We find out a lot in this book that’s so unexpected! There are all kinds of things going on that is really exciting. I hope there are more books to come with other members of their family because this is a really great series. I couldn't finish this one, book 3. The plot jumped from one tragic betrayal to another. I could not find sympathy or interest in the main characters. It was just too random.

Like always could not wait to read and the author never lets me down. There are many times I really disliked Jaycee's mates and father in the last three books. They have been very hurtful to her. This book her mates try really hard to redeemed themselves somewhat. Quite a few big surprises in this book.

Smoking Hot series

This series is riveting... I can't wait for more from Ms Blacio... This series has everything you could want from a erotic romance series and more... Smoking hot shifters, great sex scenes, suspence, killer action, and heart warming romance...

Overall a good continuation. LIked the characters and the plot was good.

I am really enjoying this series this is the third book and they must be read in order,this is a fantastic addition and i cannot wait for the next one this series has me hooked.
