Renewing the mind is not simply replacing old habits and establishing new ones. Anyone can make basic moral changes, The book of of Ephesians in the repeated words "in Christ" is about complete renovations of the inner person that be can be accomplished only by God's Spirit.

The book of Ephesians is the workings of the church. The early church was a combination of Jews and Gentiles and the conflicts that they faced in being Christ followers. Being in Christ is being unified as a body of believers to further the Kingdom of God. It establishes our identity in Christ as we face the storms of life.

Each Chapter proceeds from the last and centers on the Paul's purpose of his letter to the Church. What we know now of the book of Ephesians. It is rich in theology, with building blocks of application. It does center on what Christ as done to what we become. A glorious workmanship in Christ Jesus. Each chapter ends with a conclusion with scripture throughout. Highly recommend.
