I really enjoyed this survival/scifi/fantasy story! Megan was an interesting character, and I enjoyed seeing her as she strives to take control of her life.

A nice well rounded story with enough sexy to keep the heat going strong!!

Admittedly, I tend to stay away from serialized books, mostly because in the time between publishing and reading the next installment I forget characters, plot, etc. However, this is not the case with this series. The characters have stayed with me since Book 1, due to the storytelling abilities of Ms. Hamilton. Will Megan will be able to continue to protect her daughter against raiders in her post apocalyptic world, with the help of fellow survivors, makes this a great series, and now I await Book 3!
