From Bud to Blow tells the tale of a once innocent college Freshman who follows the pursuit of "easy money" and turns into the biggest drug dealer on campus. This is a frighting, yet real, look at the college party scene today. It's not about kegs in the basement of a house party anymore. Today kids are dabbling with designer drugs to pregame. Connor made the characters came alive and overall this book kept my attention and me keep turning pages to find out what happened next. My only critique was that the ending was unrealistic, howver, it still made for a good read. For a first time author I was impressed with Connor's work and would be interested to see what he does next.

What an excellent addition to the New Adult genre! The writing is spot-on and examines a situation that isn't too far fetched for any college student, to be honest. Cory joins a frat at IU and becomes a full-blown drug dealer in no time. When things get out of control, the demand won't let him quit. The struggle is real for this protagonist.
