Great book for anyone interested in growing their spirituality. There is a lot of interesting information and so much to continue to study long after the book is finished.

I liked this book and reading about the wisdom of the eight immortal healers. Great read.

I've followed Dr. Schulze and Dr. Christopher for some time now, and was a little disappointed to see that about half of this book is just lifted from their stuff. (With appropriate credit given, of course) I did like, however, how they incorporated the traditional Chinese medicine with the doctors' practices to give a more rounded view of non-mainstream medicine. Explanations and backstory are provided as reasons for the remedies offered, and even someone who studies natural medicine will find something to learn.
