A most helpful guide to forthcoming books in the fall. I especially enjoyed the excerpts with the book from Gabrielle Union being a highly anticipated read. Also Celete Ng's novel looks like it will be a fall favorite for readers. Thanks Netgalley for making this buzz available.

I have already downloaded one story. I have also requested several others. Some of these stories were unknown to me before reading the excerpts.

Buzz Books – Fall/Winter 2017 is full of ideas and titles for forthcoming books. There are way too many to list here, but you can get your own copy from Net Galley or Publishers Marketplace at http://buzz.publishersmarketplace.com/ Self-described as "filled with early looks at titles that will go on to top the bestseller lists and critics' 'best of the year' lists," there is information about new works by Louise Erdrich, Amy Tan, Bill McKibben, Celeste Ng, T.C. Boyle and others. Plus, a list of exciting debut novels! And did I mention authors like Dan Rather, Rich Cohen, Gabrielle Zevin, Hilary Rodham Clinton and more? Clearly, something for everyone – what a great way to encourage reading!

Fantastic as always.. I love getting these "sneak peeks" at upcoming titles -- I always find at least a handful to add to my ever-growing "TBR" list! A nice mix of genres and authors both familiar and new. I never miss a new edition of Book Buzz!

An exciting list of upcoming books to be published from established and debut authors.

I have used a book of particular interest to me as a sample of the layout of the book,

The Child Finder by Rene Denfeld.
An eight-year-old child goes missing and her parents hire private investigator Naomi to find her.

As well as the summary there is an excerpt from the book which shows perfectly the style of writing and contents of the book. I found the excerpt too long. I would rather wait to read the whole book., a shorter version would be preferable.
The 'About the Author' section tells us all we need to know about the author..
The Publisher and ISBN number.
Publication Date and price..
Information and links to the publisher.

A really interesting read and good to know which books are coming out and which to look out for.

An interesting and intriguing selection of books - it's good to be able to read excerpts so I can figure out which books might become new favourites.

Only one comment - there's a lot of thrillers and some challenging subject matter here. I'd really love to see some more light-hearted offerings in the mix.

A really good and comprehensive look at everything coming our way for Fall and Winter of 2017.

Rathr than run through hours of research, this has everything I need to make future reading decisions.

I think I will take a run at the YA selections now. Time to branch out of my comfort zone.
