Victoria and Adam's story. Enjoyed this one, although the undercover seemed a bit off at times. Otherwise, liked them together and the story kept my interest throughout. Highly recommend this book, author and series.

The Realm enforcers is an amazing and imaginative series and Wicked Kiss didn't disappoint. I loved the magnetism between Adam and Victoria.

Since reading Rebecca Zanetti's Dark Protectors series Rebecca Z has become one of my favorite authors.

One of the pieces in the book that stuck with me is Victoria's musings after she sees a tattoo on Adam's chest.
""What would it be like to have a guy like him, smart and powerful, be totally into her? She shook her head. Impossible, that was what. "Why the Celtic swords all around Family, Fate and Forever?" The design was stunning, but the choice of deadly and wicked swords had to have been deliberate.
He moved toward her, all grace. "Because weapons are required to protect all three.""

The Realm Enforcers Series shows that Rebecca Z's creative writing is still running strong and delighting all her readers as she gains new ones.

This was GOOD! I was not super excited to read about these two characters but the story was great! So much better than I was expecting.

I enjoyed the book because I love this series. It's in line with the rest of the series and not a stand alone novel. I love appearances of other characters and how they are weaved into the leads love story. I was already and Adam fan and he didn’t disappoint. However Tori was not my cup of tea. She kept saying that is isn’t very bright, and I have to agree. She wasn’t a DEA informant she was being blackmailed. Instead of going to her sister the cop and telling her what was going on she kept doing what the agent said. The problem was the agent had no evidence to back up her blackmail and Tori knew that. Her friend bought a drug, but the agent wasn’t at the buy so how could she prove that? It was hearsay, which could only be corroborated by Tori and the friend. So plead the 5th. The other friend who died from the drug burned up, so there was no body and the guy was a drifter. Her sister’s supposed crime was dating a biker. She was running around following orders that putting herself in incredibly dangerous situations for a woman who basically didn’t have anything on anyone. Also Tori kept running away, but either had nowhere to go or didn’t need to leave for anything important. She was a frustrating character to read. I will definitely be reading the next book and hoping for a better heroine.

As always, Ms Zanetti delivers a story with a blend of romance, suspense, some paranormal elements and engaging characters. Adam is definitely a kick butt alpha and Tori is a female who is strong and brave. Together, there is plenty of electric chemistry. Do yourself a favor and read the series in order. Her secondary characters are strong too and this book introduces the shifter named Bear. Love him!

GAHHH I can't stop thinking about this book. I absolutely love Rebecca Zanetti in whatever genre she writes. Contemporary, ONar, Dystolian. She can write the dictionary and I would be first in line to read it! This book was non-stop action. It was serious, sassy and so sexy. No one writes pnr like this author. So absolutely amazing. 5 glorious stars!!

I would like to thank Netgalley and the publisher for an advanced copy of this book for an honest review! Bravo!

Victoria has found herself in a bit of a pickle, blackmailed into working for the DEA and kidnapped by witches who want nothing more than to see her dead. She finds herself under the care of Adam Dunne. Adam riles Victoria up in all the best ways, I loved the chemistry between them and I enjoyed how part of the overall story arc came to an end while opening up new angles for the story to take. I am eager for the next instalment and looking forward to seeing what happens with Bear.

Wicked Kiss is book four of Zanetti's Realm Enforcers series and though it can be enjoyed by itself I believe a reader would get more enjoyment if the series is read in order. They would understand the back story and details would be understood immediately rather than puzzled over for a time while reading the book.

As with the previous three books this one is extremely exciting and action filled. Adam is a highly alpha male and his reaction to Tori is visceral even though he fights it and makes excuses. The sexual tension in this book is extremely high as is the suspense. That back story I mentioned is heating up for everyone. The author's highly descriptive writing creates a vivid world for the reader to get immersed in and it is so easy to get lost in this paranormal romance. The hot scenes are scorching so be prepared with lots of ice water. These two can light a fire just being in the same room.

I very highly recommend this book for those looking for an action filled romance with hot alpha witches and women to keep them on their toes. This one was a great read and I can't wait to see where we go from here.

Victoria Monzelle is on her own personal mission when she is abducted by Coven Enforcers.  Titans of Fire Enforcer Adam Dunne is determined to save Tori even from herself.  After all, they are family now that Adam’s brother is mated to Tori’s sister.  Unfortunately, Tori isn’t interested in Adam’s help and manages to find herself in deeper trouble.  Adam and Tori are forced to run for their lives and unravel a mystery before it’s too late.

Wicked Kiss is another great addition to the Realm Enforcers series from Author Rebecca Zanetti.  There are a lot of exciting things happening in Adam and Tori’s story.  I loved revisiting my favorite characters from Zanetti’s Dark Protector’s series.

Adam and Tori have powerful chemistry.  The sexual tension between them is hotter than Adam’s witch powers.  I love the fast pace of Wicked Kiss.  The action is top-notch, my favorite kind.  Zanetti has created a fascinating world that is woven into the Dark Protector’s series seamlessly. Zanetti successfully combines paranormal, romance, suspense, fantasy, alpha males, vampires, witches, demons and smoking hot bikers.

I enjoyed the fact that there are several plot twists throughout Wicked Kiss.  Zanetti keeps the reader guessing and anxious for what will happen next.  Adam and Tori barely escape danger only to find more right around the next corner. Wicked Kiss’s suspense will keep the reader speeding through the pages.  I barreled through Adam and Tori’s story in one sitting and I can’t wait to find out what happens next in Wicked Bite.  Zanetti’s Realm Enforcers are absolutely sinfully delicious.

I have loved everything I've ever read from Rebecca and her writing gets stronger with every book she puts out. Every time I pick up one of her novels, I know I am going to fall head over heels for both the characters and the story. Wicked Kiss is no exception. Adam and Victoria have had some serious chemistry since the very beginning and this novel was everything I dreamed it would be and more.

Adam Dunne is hands down my favorite Dunne brother. It's no surprise to me that this is my favorite book of the series (so far - I have not yet had the chance to read the last book in the series.) as I seem to have a thing for the third brother in Rebecca's books. (Nathan!!) Adam and Victoria had the most explosive chemistry. Wicked Kiss is raw and sexy, action packed and suspenseful. It's the first book in this series that had me dying to reread it as soon as I was done because I wanted more of these characters. I love that we see Adam finally lose control and break away from the cool and collected persona he displayed in the first three books. And the sensual scenes that follow will have sparks flying off the screen of your reading device. Victoria is spunky and gives Adam a run for his money.

I am very excited to read book 5, though I am sad that this wonderful series is coming to a close. I have enjoyed every second of these books.

We have been building up to Adam and Tori’s story for a long time now and I was thrilled to see these two come together and find a way to love despite all the drama and differences between them. Rebecca Zanetti captured my heart and mind a long time ago with the very first story of her Realm and the fantastic and amazing characters she brings to life. I loved reading Tori and Adam’s adventure across the world and through all the dangers and challenges they were faced with. Tori has been kidnapped and dragged into a world she never knew existed, but Adam is determined to make sure she comes to no harm, even though he doesn’t understand the intense chemistry between them. The overall story arc of this series has been slowly building to civil war in the race of the witches, but thankfully the Dunne family is strong and determined enough to make sure that their people are kept safe and that their world doesn’t have another war on their hands—one that the witches as a race just might not survive. Adam is the perfect male, powerful, sensual, sexy, and strong as hell; there is never any doubt when you are around him that he will keep you safe from any dangers around you. But he has never been around a woman like Tori before and that is a challenge he is woefully under-prepared for. Tori has no idea why she has been dragged into this world, but no way will she let anyone defeat her and the danger she is in will not keep her from getting what she wants… and luckily for us –and him—Adam is what she wants. The two of them together are almost more passion that I can take, but I enjoyed every second of this story and wished it would never end. The characters are always so realistic and I never doubt that these people could truly exist in the world somewhere that I just don’t know and the plot of this series is amazing. If you haven’t ever read any of Rebecca’s work then I suggest going out right now and picking up this whole series, there’s nothing like a Zanetti series for a great weekend binge read. Thanks for the magic and the continued opportunities to join you in your world.

I really had trouble getting into the book initially and getting caught up in the emotions of the characters. The storyline was good, but it just didn’t stand out in my mind amongst other books in the genre. The blurb was great, but overall the book just fell flat for me.

Rebecca Zanetti is one of my all time favorite authors. It started with her Dark Protectors series and had continue on with this one the Realm Enforcers series, I did enjoy this one a bit more that the first two in the series. I love female characters to have sass and Victoria certainly has. Am anxious to read the next.

Wicked Kiss was yet another fast-paced, action-packed romance in the Realm Enforcers series. I loved Tori, and the way she brought Adam to his knees.

Story:
I loved the strength Tori showed throughout Wicked Kiss, even if she put herself in danger at times because of her stubbornness. Adam pushed all her buttons, though, so it really wasn't difficult to forgive her for some lapses in judgement. The overall Realm Enforcers plot continued with the search for the mastermind behind Appollo, and the suspense was sharp-edged. There was danger everywhere, and Tori needed to learn to use her power, rather than let it use her.
There were more than one show-down, and the last one made me completely breathless. Adam's fighting skills were awesome, and he didn't have to fight only for his own life, but Tori's too.

Characters:
Tori is human, but an enhanced human who can block electronics and other technological devices (even car motors). Because she's discovered that there are other species in the world, she has been sentenced to death... unless she mates Adam. Adam is a Coven 9 enforcer, hard as nails, always in control, and a bit stand-offish. At least, that's what Tori thinks. Characters from prior Realm Enforcers books were present in Wicked Kiss as well, and they were all fleshed out and meshed well with what I already knew of them.

Writing style :
Third person point of view, past tense, showing mostly either Tori's or Adam's perspective. However, through the dialogues, other characters got their time to shine (or not) as well.

Feels :
The full spectre of feels in Wicked Kiss. The romance made me mushy, the danger gave me fear, the action made me short of breath... I love this series so much!

WICKED KISS is another amazing, funny and action packed book by Rebecca Zanetti. Her Realm Enforcers is a fascinating series that deals with witches who throw fire. Add in a couple of vampires and a demon or two and you better hold on to your seats, you are in for a wild ride. Tori is just trying to help put an end to the drug Apollo that is killing people and thinks that Adam is part of the motorcycle club that is dealing the drug, but faithful readers know the truth. He's one of the good guys.

Tori, who at first thought the witch thing was nonsense, soon realizes the truth and, in fact, has a bit of power herself. She is a holy terror on electrical devices, she can't stay on a cell phone for more than a couple of minutes, microwaves start up on their own and don't even ask about motorcycles. This leads to a number of interesting moments for the two of them. As the story moves on at its rapid pace, Adam finds time to work with her on her little problem, if only to save his electronics.

It always nice to get back with some of Ms. Zanetti's past characters especially Dage, the smart ass vampire king and Adam's brothers and family members. I also appreciated the heads up about Bear and councilwoman Nessa. That is going to be a very good story.

If you want a wild ride, colored fire flying, bad guys, and love finding two people who need it, then WICKED KISS needs to be in your hands right now.

***3 Stars***

I suppose there had to be one book in the series that didn’t totally work for me, not something I expected, but as much as I enjoyed how the Apollo drug storyline and crazy going on with the Coven Nine were moved along, Tori and Adam didn’t really do it for me, even though the smexy was pretty damn hot between them.

Here’s the deal with Tori. For the most part I did like her. I liked her stubborness, loyalty and determination to do what she deemed was best, but those were also the things that had her making decisions that would get her into situations that she couldn’t handle and therefore made things worse. I wanted to reach out and shake her many times. Adam was all kinds of Alpha AF, not that any of the males in this series and the spin off would be anything less, but there was just something missing and he didn’t draw me in like the previous males have. With my tepid feels towards these two, I was some what “meh” about their journey. I don’t mind the push/pull thing, or the uber dominate male smexy thing, but the lack of communication which led to many, many assumptions got old.

While the romance didn’t move me, I am happy with how this book moved the Apollo drug issue forward and resolved the Coven Nine issue and I’m looking forward to diving into Wicked Bite and spending lots of quality time with Bear!

Adam, an enforcer, and Tori, a DEA informant, have been circling around their attraction to one another since they first met. Adam, determined to mate another supernatural, is resisting because of the "fragility" of humans, of which he believes Tori is one. However, Tori, in many ways, is like no other and denying his connection to her is becoming harder with every encounter.

Tori has the ability to make the usually always calm Adam act out of character, and though he doesn't yet realize it, she's exactly what he needs. As for Tori, Adam helps to tame her tendency to act impulsively and wild, showing he's the perfect balance for her.

As Adam, Tori, and the others continue to deal with the repercussions from previous books, Adam has been tasked with ensuring Tori remains safe. But when Tori is kidnapped, Adam will do everything in his power, and then some, to have her back where she belongs...in his arms.

Will Adam and Tori continue denying their feelings for one another? How will Adam react when Tori's life in danger? Will he finally allow himself to be with her? Will Tori believe he truly wants her because of who she is? Or will she think he's doing it for no other reason than to save her? Can Adam convince Tori of his true feelings for her? Can Tori trust in Adam's professed love for her? Will they have their HEA? Or will misunderstandings separate them forever?

One-click now and follow along as two people succumb to their attraction and explore what could be between them.

This is an action packed paranormal romantic suspense by a highly talented author. The witches are being attacked by the deadly-to-witches Apollo drug. As more witches die from its use, they and others are endeavouring to find just who is making and distributing it, striving to end its use.

It is also a humorous story, with laugh out loud moments, too! Victoria Monzelle is a secret DEA informant with a really quirky power - she stops electronic devices working, even when she doesn’t want to! Just imagine driving along then the engine stops and won’t restart . . . or making a phone call and your mobile burns up! You get the idea. Well Tori just can’t control this and, as you can imagine, it causes her no end of problems! She’s a strong, feisty, independent young lady who really doesn’t take well to being kidnapped by the witch council. . . . and she really doesn’t trust Adam Dunne who turns up claiming to be  a witch enforcer. However, he’s the only one standing between her and execution by the witch council. Adam recognises her as his mate but she’s not so sure and thinks he’s pitying her.

Get ready for sparks to fly and machines to stop working in this enticing, enjoyable paranormal adventure! I can’t wait to read Bear’s story in the next book in this series, Wicked Bite, which I believe concludes the series!

I requested and was given a copy of this book via NetGalley and this is my honest opinion after choosing to read it.

While I thought I was excited about Adam and Tori’s book, it seems I was mistaken.

In this Dark Protectors spinoff series, the witches came to Seattle to find out who was making a drug known as Apollo, what used Planekite, the only substance that harms witches. Humans are becoming addicted as use the use more deadly levels of the drug, they don’t just overdose, they spontaneously combust. But make no mistake, someone has created this drug as a way to destroy witches. This was the focus of the first book or two, but in order to get a full series, these guys not only have to get nowhere each story, but we added too many other subplots (including dragon shifters) that made sure we didn’t have time to solve the mystery of who was making the drugs and trying to destroy all the witches.

Adam and his brothers, the other Realm Enforcers for the Coven Nine, have been in Seattle trying to track down the manufacturer of the drug. They have made very little progress on this investigation, and this story doesn’t get us any further on that front. The Dunnes had infiltrated a local biker gang who are distributors getting the drugs on the street. The cover plan was to exchanging guns for drugs and at this point both parties are getting frustrated and pissed off. The Gang won’t tell who is manufacturing the drugs and the Dunne haven’t ponied up any guns (not that they intended to) so this plan has been a waste of time and has done nothing but put a bulls-eyes on their back with the local police since they were considered gang members, not undercover international investigators.

Since Tori’s sister, a member of the local Police Department, is now dating (mated to) Kellach Dunne (who they believe to be a Gang member not a witch enforcer), the FBI is forcing Tori to act as an informer against the Dunnes and the local bear pack. Of course, Tori (a musician) never tells her sister (a cop) that she is being forced into dangerous situations by the FBI to get information about drug dealers.

The prior books diverted a bit from the main drug issue to introduce dragon shifters and the fact that the Coven 9 is becoming corrupt. Since most of the members are related to the Dunnes, it should have been pretty easy to figure out who the problem is, but apparently not.

In the last book, Tori was in the wrong place/wrong time and got to see witches tossing plasma balls. Since she is human, the Coven takes her into custody to determine what her threat level would be. The only remaining members of the counsel (three) are being lead by the most obvious douche and he wants her killed to keep her quiet because that is quite fair — witches fuck up and shoot fireballs in from of a human, so the human has to die.

Romancewise, Tight-ass, rule following Adam Dunne has had his eye on Tori (his brother’s sister-in-law) for some time now, but ignores his interest, even though if Alexandra is gifted and able to mate with a witch, so should Tori. When witches abduct Tori, Adam goes rushing off to Ireland to get her back, especially since his brothers are all on the run from the Witches’ counsel for protecting their cousin, Simone who is a wanted criminal.

Of course it makes sense to trust the one enforcer who is left even though he is probably more loyal to his brothers and his cousin than the only members of the counsel left, none of whom are family or even people that Adam likes. Yeah, great idea. He should mention that counsel misjudgment when he see is brothers next time in their hidden hideout.

So Adam promises to mate with Tori, which would then bring her into the fold, and therefore, there is no need to kill her. The counsel only gives him a few days to make that happen since they are not happy with anything Dunne anymore, but Adam decides “Screw that. They can’t make me. I’ll do it at my own good time.” He wants her to get to know him and be okay with the idea before forcing it on her. Great idea! When the counsel finds out he has refused to mate Tori under their deadline, they put a bounty out for both Adam and Tori.

While I thought there would be a lot of tension between Adam and Tori, it didn’t pan out as exciting as I anticipated.

This series seems to have diverted from the issue of a dangerous drug manufacturer to witch counsel corruption in the last few books. There was enough going on in this series — or should I say not getting anywhere in this series, that we didn’t need to add in Tori being an FBI informant since she didn’t have anything to do with the drugs. She was the sister of a cop and one of her band members got their hands on the drug, so what would justify sending Tori into the “field” to take on dangerous drug dealers?

I would actually say you could skip this one and jump right to Wicked Bite, which was good and will finally give us some answers.
