I absolutely adore this cookbook and will likely buy the print version when it is released. I have already cooked a few of the recipes and they turned out great. Will review and add pictures to my blog and social media upon release week of the book in October. If you are new to baking, this may not be the book for you, but if you have used Ottolenghi's other cookbooks, then this will be right up your alley!

This was innovative! I never knew what to do with Nutella, I just ate it out of the jar. Nutella Ganache sounds wonderful! Can you tell I'm not a great baker?! Well, this pastry book has loads of great recipes using stuff I'd think to use in pastries (tahini, for example!). First one I am trying is Lemon, blueberry and almond teacakes! Oh, the combination sounds so yummy!
