This unique novel takes place over the course of one day, focusing on Ryn who is dealing with the most difficult time of her life; the death of her best friend. As she struggles to get through a night stranded in the Denver airport she meets an entertaining cast of characters, including a 14 year old unaccompanied "miner", Siri, and a mysterious boy. Fully fleshed out and wild characters keep the plot constantly moving and will push readers curiosity. This novel shows everyone has something going on beneath the surface, and it might be worth getting to know what that something is.
