This book was so helpful, I wish I found it sooner and could have applied it to all four of my kids. I think the book can also be a great conversation starter to help you talk through the topics with your kids.

This book felt like lit was preaching to the choir. There wasn't anything really new or amazing that had me wanting to try out the suggestions given. Adolescence is so difficult I am beyond happy never to go though it again but as a mother with 4 kids one who is turning 12 I am leaving I get to relive it all over again but this time as a spectator.
The book fell flat and I think there are other out there that explain and have better suggestions.
