I went in blind onto the story, but it just felt like the other book in this series..

Loved it. First time author fir me. I truly wish I'd discovered her before. This book and the storyline itself was so different which is why I loved it. Oh Davis ....give me the platinum package any day please ! I just one clicked a few of her books on Amazon. I can't wait for book 3 in this series. Until then I'll read Jessica's other books.

This book was pretty great, there wasn't a lot of angst once the couple got together and no love triangles (thank god). Davis was actually my favorite out of him and Vincent...he just seems more broken which in a way he was. Then There was Grace...she is for sure a spitfire and equal to Davis in every way. These two were the perfect match for one another, though they had their bumps...(especially with Grace's moms input) but they overcame that and ended up better than before.

I'm definitely looking forward to reading more from this author as both books I have read have been smooth and quick reads.

Davis has been burned badly by his ex-fiancee but Grace dates him to go out with her. What starts out as a package deal turns into something more. Davis is ready for the next level but will Grace ever be ready? Loved reading Davis’ story!

Full disclaimer: I love Jessica Lemmon's books. I love her writing style, her sass, her flair, the fully developed descriptions that make you feel like you are there in the scene or watching it take place. The added parts don't feel out of place or just thrown in there, they add to the story. So...Gracie Lou and Davis. I want a Davis. And I want a friend like Gracie Lou- spunky yet vulnerable. We were introduced to them in the first of this series, and you knew then there was a story to be told. I like how the stories intertwine with each other, but not so much that you feel they are repeating story lines. Would love to see the couples have a joint focus from the first two books at some point in a future book- their friendship dynamics have great potential! And note to the publishers: customers want this in paperback form. They are already asking when it comes out and the disappointment from just being electronic format is crazy high. Her fan base grew with the Billionaire Bad Boys series going out in mass paperback- why lose them because they can't get their hands on this series?

Davis Price is a well-dressed stock analyst with a thing for blondes. Grace Buchanan is a feisty bartender who knows what she wants and when she wants it. They’ve had a steady stream of banter for months now, but it’s not like Grace is oblivious to Davis’ non-stop parade of one night stands. When Grace dares Davis to take out a non-blonde, she certainly didn’t think he’s set his sights on her, but she’d also be lying if she said she didn’t want him too.

I absolutely fell in love with Davis in Eye Candy, the first book in the series. In that book, he was Vince’s best friend, the guy who stuck around through all of the drama and heartaches in Vince’s life, the guy who pushed Vince into the best relationship of his life, and the guy who mysteriously clammed up around redheads. Sure, Eye Candy was a good book, but I was just counting down the days until I could read about Davis.

Though this book is technically a standalone, you’d be doing yourself a huge disservice by skipping the first book in the series. Davis and Grace might be secondary characters, but if you pay attention, you’ll see their relationship start to develop in the background.

This book is, like every Jessica Lemmon book I’ve read, cute and well-written. Lemmon knows how to build her characters so that you’ll not only care about what happens to them but so that they’ll also feel like real people. I feel like I could hop over to a local bar and meet Davis and Vince. They’re not caricatures. They’re not unrealistic. They aren’t multi-billionaires with their own private islands and castles and fleets of expensive cars. They’re regular people, and I love that about her books.

Okay, so let’s talk about Davis. If he were a real person, I would quite literally leave my current life for him. In a heartbeat. Without a second thought. He rivals all other men (real and fictional) for a place in my heart because he is just such a good person. You should see my Kindle notes. Every time that Davis did something sweet or cute or wonderful I have comments like, “swoon” or “heart eyes” or “Where do I find my own Davis Price.”

I’m not sure what’s up with me and fictional men lately, but it’s getting to be a thing.

Now, all the love in the world for Davis cannot make up for the distaste that I had for Grace. She’s not awful. Not at all. She’d probably actually make a great friend. She’s just so immature and wishy-washy when it comes to relationships. And I get it, really, I do. Especially at the beginning, and sometimes even after a few years, relationships are scary. You have to push past your own self-imposed barriers to get to bigger and better things. The problem is that whenever Grace feels an emotion, she shuts down. In one particular scene, she described herself as a pinata filled with terror, and that’s about when I stopped taking her seriously.

All of these contemporaries involve the characters separating and getting back together, so I don’t think it’s really a spoiler to mention that it happens here. I’m being purposely vague, but I don’t think that Grace deserved her second chance at the reunion. She made her choice and I don’t honestly care if she was crying in the back room of the bar over it. You’re an adult and once you’ve made your choices, it’s your job to own them and deal with them.

Honestly, Davis deserved the world and I’m not sure that he’ll get it with Grace. (But, as long as this fictional character is happy with his fictional girlfriend, I’m happy.) If it doesn’t work out with Grace, though, I’m not afraid of commitment. Just sayin’.

Another great book in the series! Grace and Davis have both been hurt, but try to get over their pasts. They make a great pair! It was a fun read and definitely recommend! Sweet and sexy ;)

Gracie and Davis are opposites in ever sense of the word. He is a suit in tie money man, she is a tattooed bartender. You know what they say about opposites??? The thing is, they have a lot more in common then they though. Both come from divorced parents, who have damaged their views on love and relationships. What starts off as a fling, ends up with more, that sends one of them running for the hill and the other one wanting more than a fling!


I loved this book. I thought Gracie was amazing. She came out better that I would have if her parents were my parents! She was bent, not broken, and thankfully she had Davis to make her see it!

OMG, Arm Candy is just as excellent as Eye Candy! I am loving this series! If you're looking for a steamy romantic-comedy standalone with substance and a great storyline, you'll love Arm Candy. Davis is so swoon-worthy and you will adore Gracie Lou! What wonderful, well-developed characters. As with Eye Candy, you will go through a myriad of emotions -- you'll laugh, you'll cry and you'll "feel" these characters and what they're going through. Can't wait for the next book in this series! Would absolutely recommend this book!

I love the banter back and forth between this couple and their thoughts. It is easy to read and keeps a smile on your face. Such a great collection of characters. Romantic comedy at its best!

I absolutely loved this book! It was even better than the first book and once I saw it was available on NetGalley I HAD to request it! Davis had his heart broken six years ago and since then has become a playboy with a preference for blondes, but he has been intrigued by the new feisty red headed bartender for a while. They bicker back and forth and the relationship is filled with sexual tension until it explodes and these two decide to find out how much chemistry they have together. I loved that she helped him want to be loved again and opened his eyes. The chemistry, the banter, the hot sex...these two are perfect for each other! Totally worth reading!

Loved Davis's story!! I love Davis and Graces attraction to each other. They clicked so well. Especially since Grace isn't Davis's perceived type. She's a red head not blonde. But we quickly learn there's more to Davis then he leads on.
In Lemmons book "Eye Candy" we were introduced to Grace and Davis. They had instant attraction and were always bickering. After being introduced to them I knew I had to read their story. And Lemmon didn't disappoint.
Davis is a suit and tie who works from home. He's always hooking up with blondes from the bar. He doesn't do red heads, at least anymore.
Grace is working a job she loves as a bartender. Even though she has a degree, she hated the job that went with it. Bartending is her thing. She loves the atmosphere and the people. And Davis is the one person who can annoy her while turning her on.
Grace and Davis has been circling each other for sometime. And when Grace challenges Davis to date a red head she doesn't expect him to be asking her out. But a bet is a bet, right?

Thanks for the chance to read this book. Overall, it was pretty good. There could have been deeper character development. I would have liked to have really gotten to know the two main characters more.

Absolutely Opposites

Davis and Grace OMG these two couldn't be more different on the outside. Davis a stuck up suit. Grace a red hair spitfire who's a bartender at Davis' favorite bar. These two have some of the best chemistry written in a book I've seen in a long time. What a fantastic read.
I really enjoyed this book and it kept me engrossed throughout. I really loved the characters and the way they interacted with each other. This is a fun, hot, romantic must read book and I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.

Let me start by saying I think I just read a book that had everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

When Davis met Gracie... This second entry in the Real Love series is another title not to be missed. The tension that was building between these two continues and builds to a climax when Gracie challenges Davis to break his dating mold and go with a non-blonde. Little does she know that being jilted at the alter has left Davis craving the safety of his routine and dating "packages." Can two people with so much baggage find a way to make it work or will their chemistry cause them to self destruct?

Nice follow up to Eye Candy. Grace is sassy and takes no crap. But Davis...I had a hard time warming up to this guy-who goes home with one night stands just to piss her off? He's a real Shallow Hal! I liked the premise of the story line, but just did not like the hero.

Davis likes to give his woman options, “coffee?” I ask before reverently kissing one of her perfect nipples. Sun streams through the curtains and paints her in golden light. “Or more sex. I’m open to either,” I amend." I loved that Grace didn't take crap from Davis, “we were exclusive a long time ago,” she says, and she’s one-hundred percent right. She tugs my tie, and me with it, and I follow her upstairs in the bedroom." I liked this book, I loved Davis.

Davis Price was never the same after being left at the altar. His goal was to offer a package deal to any blonde he met. His spiral,of destructive behavior finally comes to an end when he meets Grace, a bartender at MacGreevey's. Their verbal barbs are one thing that he looks forward too each night Gracie Lou works. Grace makes a bet with Davis that he would not date a red head. After one redhead left him burned he is desperate not to go down the path that broke his heart again. Davis and Gracie slowly come together and realize that what they were missing in their lives was each other.

Grace and davis was a cute couple I was looking forward to reading about from earlier books in the series, and the story did not let me down. Another charming contemporary romance by Jessica Lemmon. Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the ARC in exchange for a honest review.

I adored the first book in this series and was anxious to read this installment. I began to fall for Davis in the first book and am happy to say that I fell even harder in this one. I liked Grace and thought they made a good match, although I must admit that I got frustrated with her at times. There were a couple of things in the book that I wish had been resolved (for instance, I wanted to know her first name, and I wanted her to confront her mother about having such a negative influence on her in terms of her trust of men); alas, I'll just have to make these things up in my head. :-) The first book is still my favorite, but this is definitely an enjoyable read. This can be read as a standalone, so if you haven't read the first book, don't let that stop you from reading this one (but you should go back and read that one too because it's great!).
