The artwork in these coloring books is awesome, I loved this so much that I bought the actual book when it came out so that I could color these during my downtime. And then I bought it again!

The illustrations are amazing. I can not wait til it’s published so that I can take some real coloring tools to the images. My favorite illustrations have to be the up close character sketches.

The images in this volume were super pretty :)
I love Steampunk but other colouring books have been either too simple or way too intricate to get into.
This one was in that halfway point and was perfect :)

A lovely collection of art to color from the Lady Mechanism graphic novels.
I will be showing this to my coloring group to see if there is interest to purchase. This had intrigued me enough to search out the graphic novels.

Excellent coloring book suitable for everyone. What I liked most about this was a blank page on the back to prevent bleeding of inks from most pens and markers.

I love steampunk so this book was very interesing for me. This coloring book is very beautiful. Just the cover is wonderful. It was a pleasur to color it. Some of them are difficult. I just regret that most of the girl have the same face. But it's Lady Mechanika so it's all right. The talent of Joe Benitez is really impressive.

I like this colouring book, it is different from the norm and it certainly caters for the like of my older grandchildren, they loved the fact that they felt that they were a little more grown up.
In fact I enjoyed colouring in some of the pictures too and I quite enjoy the steampunk movement, which this does a fairly good job of depicting.

“For ladies and gentlemen of all ages.” Nice.
Mechanika is one of the loveliest graphic novels ever drawn, so it’s no surprise the first attempt to franchise it is coloring books of the “Beautiful Victorian heroine.” Sounds like a perfect description.
These appear to be originals rather than taken from the graphic novels, as the first drawing is of an underwater scene not previously shown. (Even in the iron swimsuit she’s curvy and hot.) In most shots she’s holding a revolver in a Charlie’s Angels pose. On the other hand, the gorgeous redhead baddie from the first story makes an appearance, as well as others, so there’s that.
In the second volume the famous jeweled bird makes an appearance, as well as the infamous jetpack, and her costumes become even more outlandish, befitting every kind of climate on Earth. But the best drawings are the ones where she’s being Action Girl rather than just standing there posing. One of the drawings has her in a small skirt, stockings, and a cape; can’t help but wonder if her lower legs were included she’d be in knee-high boots, because it had a distinct 60s vibe.
It’s intriguing looking at these pencil drawings and imagining how they’re gonna turn out.
“Liked the artwork? You’ll love the stories!” Which is no doubt what this is about, right? Getting more people to read the graphics.

Bored with colouring flowers and animals, or celtic knots? Chose this book for a great selection of complex colouring in true steampunk style. What could be better than this...? There's more than one book and they're both great! For teenagers and adults alike.

'Lady Mechanika Steampunk Coloring Book' by Joe Benitez is a book of black and white drawings from the creator of the comic book series.

I always feel a bit strange reviewing a coloring book. There is no story or plot. It's a series of black and white drawings.

In this case the drawings are based on a comic book series that I've read a few volumes of, so I'm familiar. The drawings here seem to be alternate art or new ideas. The main character is Lady Mechanika, but there are some other characters from the series that show up. If you like the series and you like to color, or you just like good art, then it's of interest.

I received a review copy of this coloring book from Diamond Book Distributors and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you for allowing me to review this title.

A great selection of scenes from the first volume of comics!

It's all about the boobs, unfortunately. The coolest images are the ones of dudes, because they're spending more time and effort on the cool, aesthetic aspects of steampunk than on drawing your eye to the cleavage. It's got some cool moments, but overall it's extremely repetitive and pin-up-y.

This is a great coloring book for fans of fantasy and steampunk alike.

A very lovely set of drawings. I would appreciate text and background along with the pictures, not just the coloring material alone. Non the less, an amazing amount of detail is put into this work. Would definitely suggest it to others and use it myself to relax.

In this Lady Mechanika Steampunk Coloring Book the images are wonderful and offer a variety of coloring experiences. The pictures are not shaded, or at least very seldom and very little, so you can color as you choose and make your own emphases.

I got an ebook for review purposes and, unfortunately, I can't actually print one or two out to color and show. However, one of the features I particularly like is the variation of intricacy between pictures. There are times I want to color something detailed and intricate and give it a fair amount of thought before I start. Then there are times I just want to color and, for lack of a better term, zone out. This book offers pictures that cater to both of those moods. I imagine that would also make this an ideal book for someone just getting into coloring and might want to do some intricate pictures but wants to start with some basic straightforward yet beautiful designs. This book offers that opportunity. I am currently unemployed so it may be a while before I can buy the book, thus my disappointment with the review copy not having any pages available to print, but if you enjoy coloring and especially if you're familiar with the Lady Mechanika series, this will be money well spent.
