Another book by Shelly Laurenston?!? I can't wait. This was a perfect tidbit to make me excited for the full book!

It's a teaser, but so far I'm liking what I'm seeing and I want more. Can't wait for the full book.

Loved the sneak peek. I am dying for more. I loved that the Parker family is mentioned in this book. Honey badgers are now my favorite shifters. Charlie and her sisters sound like they will be a lot of fun. I am looking forward to reading more about them. This sneak peek was EVIL. I cannot wait for the book to come out. Love Shelly Laurenston. Love all her books and falling for this one.

This is a preview chapter of the long awaited eleventh book of the pride series by Shelly Laurenston. It continue with the lives characters that we met in the previous book. The hero and heroine though are brand new character, But as the hero is the bodyguard of Cooper Jean-Luis Parker (the little brother of Toni Jean-Luis Parker, the heroine of Howl for it) we can expect to meet and hear of the hijinks of the crazy family. The heroine though is an Honey Badger, meaning we will definitely hear of Livy Kowalski (heroine of Bite Me) family. All in all, am quite exited for this book, not just in small part because the last book of the series was in 2014 and I miss this crazy world, but because am quite exited for the story itself from just that small tidbit. I can't wait for 2018!

This was only the first chapter, but I love Shelly Laurenston's books and look forward to reading the entire novel.

First let me clairify that this is not a full review of the book. This was only an advance copy of the first chapter of this book only. Wow! The first chapter was intense with action and sexual tension. This is a shifter book about a badger (if the title didn't clue you in) shifter named Charlie who wakes up being chased from her hotel room and ends up in another hotel room with a pair of shifters, one who is a bear shifter named Berg who is intrigued by Charlie. Charlie escapes with the help of the pair of shifters and her sister meets her in the parking lot to help her escape. This was a great first chapter and I am so intrigued about what will happen. What is the deal with the sister trio? What and who is their father? Who is chasing her? When will she meet up with Berg again? This chapter alone is 5 stars for me.

This download was for one chapter only which means I have to wait another five months or so to finish the story ! but this author is my favorite and she does not disappoint yet again. This book is reconnecting to her earlier series of books which I also enjoyed. Please let me read the rest of the book when available, so looking forward to see what happens with another strong female lead and equally hunky male bear !

It's not that I don't love the Crows books, but I am soooo happy for another shifter book!

OMG!!!! She is back!!!

My favorite shifter author. Shelly Laurenston is the queen of shifter hilarity. She is amazing at what she does. Her stories are the epitome of entertaining and captivating. They are devour-in-one-sitting kind of books. Witty and whip-smart dialogues, plots that keep me glued to the pages, and to top it off she imagines the most interesting characters - her books are just fantastic!!

Being able to read the first chapter of Hot and Badgered made me smile so hard. It was like meeting an old friend. I can't wait to read this book. I've missed her shifters soooo much!! And what awesome combination - a grizzly and a badger. Imagine the fun they'll have.

This book will be EPIC!!!! A quintessential Shelly Laurenston novel. LOVE!!!

This was only 1 chapter but it had me hooked from the start. A lot of action in this chapter and we are introduced to many characters but not in depth. Can't wait for the book to come out!

I know this was only the first chapter, but I loved it. I can't wait to read the full book and see what happens. Love Shelly's shifters series. I'm so glad that she's gone back to writing them again, they were greatly missed.

Just the first chapter makes me anxious to read the whole book. It starts out with a bang of a woman jumping out of a window to avoid an attck team. She ends up on the balcony and saved by a grizzly bear shifter! Can't wait to read the whole book.

I was able to read the first chapter of this new series by Shelly Laurenston and what a treat it was. Berg Dunn is Cooper's bodyguard when a woman enters their hotel room and with her is a trouble of another nature.

If you have read the author's other books you remember Cooper. I cannot wait to read this in full. The first chapter hooked me and although I spent a ton of time clicking for next chapter, it didn't happen. I can't wait to get to know honey badger Charlie Taylor-MacKilligan. This is going to be fantastic.

For me a shifter book always gets compared to the great Shelly Laurenston her characters a sassy and humourius drawing you into the story and just gah! No words to describe the awesome. Can't wait for the full book especially knowing that Coop is involved even just a little cause that means his big sis will be around and you know where Toni is Reece will be plus where there's one Reed your sure to find more!.

Thanks to NetGalley for the free first chapter!! I had just downloaded this onto my kindle when my 26 year year old daughter grabbed it and said what are you reading? She saw what it was and immediately sat on the couch and read it-even though I said HEY!! She finished the chapter and wailed-it's only the FIRST Chapter-where is the rest!? I want it now!!!! I said sorry that's all there is for now. She moaned and groaned and we went for a walk. Then I read it later and said the same thing. Where is the rest, when will it be out? We loved it-sorry for sharing (not like I had a choice).
