Peace Breaks Out is a suspenseful thriller that enthralled this reader.! The plot is unique and enlightening ! The opening scene is captivating and spectacular! However,the middle of the book seems to lose focus; the taut storyline loosens and I lost a bit of interest. The pace picksup again and continues to the riveting, surprising end!

There are some issues. There are threads left tangled instead of tied,- the twists are a bit confusing and not fully explained satisfactory. Character development is poor. I didn't care for any of the characters; their actions and motivations are not authentic. The denouement is abrupt and rushed....telling, not showing.
There are many mechanical and grammar errors. Totally unacceptable.

The exciting premise of PEACE BREAKS OUT is promising. There is great potential, but lacks the polishing necessary for a solid 4 or 5 star.

This book took me from the United States to Ireland, England, and back again. The age old OR A dilemma being front and center. History within book very accurate and actually made me look up the events themselves. Loved the characters, .

A fast paced book, filled with danger and intrigue, as well as manipulation. It is about IRA and their actions, as well as about the victim of IRA's violence - both Bill and his daughter and wife, and Danny, who was a part of IRA until he saw they killed a child.

It is a gripping tale of horror and revenge. It surely is not an easy read, but it is an interesting one.
