Really smart book for those interested in social psychology and how people interact in groups. Would be tremendously helpful for those interested in building productive, happy teams at work.

I was a writing tutor while I was in college. A lot of the Hudson Holland Scholars had to write an essay incorporating information from their required reading. The Talent Code. I believe that The Culture Code is comparable and I hope it also becomes required management reading. I could see more clearly why my workplaces had varied. It's a clear-eyed view of social psychology.
