Really smart book for those interested in social psychology and how people interact in groups. Would be tremendously helpful for those interested in building productive, happy teams at work.

What an insightful book! I found it well written, and enjoyed it. I was given a virtual advance readers copy via NetGalley. I loved the theme of sharing vulnerability, in making a group of people successful. Great book!

A compelling read. Well written and informative, this book is for anyone who wants to understand how groups work and how best to improve how your group's function. Full of interesting and relevant research with practical applications.

I was a writing tutor while I was in college. A lot of the Hudson Holland Scholars had to write an essay incorporating information from their required reading. The Talent Code. I believe that The Culture Code is comparable and I hope it also becomes required management reading. I could see more clearly why my workplaces had varied. It's a clear-eyed view of social psychology.
