*Thanks to NetGalley and Westminster John Knox Press for providing this ARC in exchange for an honest review.* 'Where Are You Hiding, God?' is a delightful picture book that introduces young children to the idea of God's omnipresence. Zartl has crafted a simple story about a young girl searching for God, as if playing hide and seek, as she looks in her room, the bathroom and the garden before discovering that God is everywhere - 'in the leaf touching me...' and 'in the flowers and in the speedy dragonflies...' The simple narrative is accompanied by whimsical illustrations that will delight young children and parents alike. This picture book would be a good resource for a Sunday School or kindergarten classroom to introduce the idea of God's presence being all around.
