To be honest - the cover kind of put me off at first because it is to reminiscent of an old timey harlequinne romance novel. The big strong man carrying the weak wilted flower of a female and so because of this the book stood unread. It was on a road trip when I picked up my kindle and decided to give the book a go. I quickly became immersed in the world the author created on its pages and I love the fact that our main heroine was not a wilted flower!

I received a free ebook in exchange for my honest review.

I honestly was not into this story. I tried to get into it but I couldn't even finish the book. I got annoyed with how the two sisters acted, especially Ava.

It felt lost at times and it would sometimes seem the characters were one place and then all of a sudden in another. I got lost in what the story was trying to portray.

I personally did not like this book, but I'd be willing to read another book from this author. I don't really typically read this type of book. I'm more disappointed, it sounded better than it actually was.
