Great book of two people struggling with things that have happened in their pasts, coming together. I enjoyed this book a lot it is now in my Wish List to be bought. I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

This is a short, well-balanced story about a widowed father recovering from grief.
The heroine, Elyse, has been through her own share of pain too.
Both main characters heal with each other and within their loving and supporting families.
While predictable, “Night Stars and Mourning Doves” is well written and beautifully metaphorical, showing the broken hero (Eric) that all living beings – even doves – suffer loss and pain but adjust to the new circumstances and move on.

Sigh.

That was some dream.

She was happy when her father died?

Poor woman's jumpier than most.

I know it's hard, but she can't judge all men by Vince's horrible standard.

If these two also fall in love and get married, two brothers will have married two sisters. Cute.

How many showers does one wedding need?

I'm guessing she's not really supposed to be dating a student's father.

When things are going too good, something's bound to happen.

Someone slap that tow truck driver.
