Kathi Lipp is one of my favorite authors and she doesn't disappoint with The "What's for Dinner?" Solution. Often times, I find myself trying to figure out dinner at the last minute. As a homeschool Mom, sometimes we just get wrapped up in our studies and day to day life and we simply forget to plan dinner. This book makes it easy to provide good meals in a short period of time for our families. I recommend The "What's For Dinner?" Solution to all my friends and other busy Mom's like me. This is one you'll love having in your kitchen!
