I loved this book in the beginning, but at a certain point it spooled out in an unruly and uncomfortable way, and the author's excellent ideas became diluted by this kitchen-sink approach. I would like to recommend it more highly than I am, for the intelligence of its ideas, but it needed a more vigilant and thoughtful editor.
