Allison B. Hanson is proving once again that she can write a great romance. This story is a fun read with a bit of angst, and a stellar romance (once it finally gets there). While the back and forth between the two, in terms of knowing what they want, was a bit spastic, I found the story to be very enjoyable. I look forward to reading the next book!

Loved this sweet story. This is a new to me author and would love to read more from her.

I appreciated that 'Help Wanted' by Allison B. Hanson was in no way rushed. The story of two people with issues who learn to love each other develops slowly and with realism. It was engaging to see love grow between Kenley and Zane. There was drama, a little mystery, an appealing cast of characters and a side story about a co-worker that is touching. I had to skip over the graphic sex, which is the only thing that marred the book for me. I'm looking forward to the next book in the On the Job series.

an ok read. I liked this book for the most part, these two as a couple didn't do it for me.

Really cute story, I love how they are both so shy and unsure but manage to power through to find one another. It was nice to see that high school expectations can change and so can people. Though they frustrated me some times I loved Kenley and Zane.

Rated 3.5 stars out of 5! Fairly good. Looking forward to reading more by author Allison B. Hanson.

3/12 Star Review.....
A story with lots of potential, but a little too much focus on Zane’s teenage self, and the delay in him growing a pair and approaching Kenley with his feelings.
A 28 year-old virgin is a bit of a stretch, but the author made it work with the physical description of Kenley, obviously being her reason for holding out. And doesn’t every woman genuinely want someone to desire them for more than their body?
Anyway, I liked the story, but hope the next book moves a little fasted.

3 1/2 stars
There was a lot that I really liked about this book. It was well written, the plot was great and I liked Kenley, the female MC, a great deal. I also liked Zane, the male MC, but felt that he spent a bit too long hung up on how miserable he felt in high school. As the book progressed I kept feeling impatient with him and waiting for him to grow a spine and tell Kenley how he felt! This ultimately distracted me from the romance and that was a real shame as the story had a lot of potential. I would still like to read others in the series though as some of the supporting characters seemed like they might get their own stories in the future and I thought they sounded interesting.

This book completely stands alone and does not end on a cliffhanger. There is both on-screen sex and cursing in this one, including a few f-bombs, so if those things will make you leave a bad review, this might not be the book for you.
I have to say that this review is difficult to write because I really did enjoy the book for the most part, but at the same time, I also had some big issues with it that made this a frustrating book to read. I really liked Kenley and Zane and their story. I liked that they got to know each other before hopping in to bed and that even though Zane was imperfect, he was still a really likable romance novel hero. What I did not like was that halfway through the book a second couple suddenly appeared and suddenly a secondary story line started up. The new story line took away from Kenley and Zane's relationship developing, and frankly, it did a gigantic disservice to the second couple's story.
***SPOILERS*** in this paragraph only. Michaela and Brady went from meeting for the first time and arguing, to making out on her desk literally minutes later and then on their first 'date' he confessed to having a PTS-related break and beating the crap out of someone and winding up in jail but she still just magically KNOWS that he's a safe guy and would never hurt her so she has no worries about him spending the night at her house. After knowing him for one totally unprofessional make out session and part of one evening. Seriously? Apparently her med school degree didn't come with any common sense or any smart girl self-protection. There was absolutely no development shown between them as a couple and because of that I have zero faith that they're going to make it for the long haul. Also, Michaela is the least professional person EVER. Making out with a client's caregiver in her office 30 seconds after meeting him? Getting personally involved with a client's guardian? Making major life decisions for said client without consent from their legal guardian? Those are all firing offenses - how does she still have a job? Maybe if this had been fleshed out as a novella it would have been a better story, but it felt like the author didn't think that her book was long enough so she added this story line just to be filler to make the book longer to justify the price.
I would recommend Zane and Kenley's story to anyone who enjoys an office romance that has both sexy moments and drama.
I requested and was granted an ARC of this book via NetGalley – I was under no obligation to write this review.

This book is so hard to rate because the writing was wonderful and I enjoyed the characters and and I even liked the story but the main couple Kenley and Zane kinda drove me insane. They have sooooooo mny miscommunications and this person is dating this person or no courage and a million other things that are silly just get in the way and so they drove me a little crazy.
The side storyline with Brady and his brother I beyond LOVED. It really added to the story and was really terrific. Though it only starts at 50% I would much rather seen it start earlier in the book.
The story was really great and despite the back and forwards of Zane nd Kenley it was one of those books I could not out down even as it drove me totaly crazy because I just wanted to finally communicate and be happy together instead of the guessing and trying to read the others minds and miscommunications.

Well, if they're moms, who's home with the kids?
At least his boots are well-made.
He can't just expect his sister to work for him forever just because it's easier. Besides, what does he do instead of talk, grunt?
Talk about projecting.
Haha, I love Sidney and Zane's relationship.
Such a butthole. What did I say about projecting, Zane?
What's keeping Brady too busy for love?
Wow, she is really good at the sales pitch. And not in a smarmy, we-can't-wait-to-cash-your-check way, either.
He used the company card to buy her flowers? Amateur.
Chivalry is not dead.
That classmate sounds like a twat.
"After-sex journey". Nice.
His mother is crazy, and apparently has psychic powers.
Did you actually just tell her she didn't get on your nerves, Scott?
Oh, I like Michaela. She doesn't play.
Haha! It does sound like she sent Zane a sexy text!
Poor woman! I would be surprised if she didn't have PTSD after that. Imagine, she was probably safer in New York. She should take a self-defense class.
Yikes, that sucks, Michaela.
I love Brady. That is all.
I want to give Hunter a big hug.
I'm glad she was abandoned for a very good reason. Even if she ended up up in an orphanage, it still sounds like it would have been better than having to live with her real grandmother.
I received an ARC from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
