I received this book from Netgalley and I'm so happy that I did.

This book was so relatable and adorable at the same time. I think everyone will be able to get something from this collection of comics. The artwork is cute and the comic strips are great. We all have those moments in life that our heart and brain do not cooperate. This book shows those moments.

This book will have you bookmarking pages that you know describe you. If you're on the fence, just get it. You're heart and brain will thank you for it!

Even better than the first one, this comic series is growing on me and on my brain, and on my heart, and on my toungue..... :)

Molto carino e persino meglio del precedente. Questa striscia di fumetti piace sempre di piu a me, al mio cervello, al mio cuore, alla mia lingua..... :)

I'm just a big fan of this webcomic, and it was everything I wanted it to be. Sometimes I relate more to the heart, and sometimes the brain.

What really gets me is the panels/comics where I'm 110% both.

Definitely recommend checking out this collection or the webcomic...or both. I still need to get my hands on the other two collections.

First, as far as the author’s pen name, I would like to point out that I’ve never met a Yeti who wasn’t awkward.
Second, I’ve read a previous collection of this comic strip, so I’m coming in with full awareness as to the brand of humor.
And most of all, Heart is so cute! And an airhead, of course. I have to assume there are plushies available.
Highlights:
“Pandora’s Web Browser.” That’s a thing.
“Give those back! I was making a point!” “Point taken.”
“They grow up so fast.”
“Protagonist!”
“Ssssshowtime!” and “Taste Buds!”
“Just song lyrics and movie quotes”. . . Yep.
See what happens when you roll your eyes. . .
Plenty of crazily humorous moments, well worth a perusal.

I love these comics! They're so short and adorable. I follow the Awkward Yeti's Facebook page and love seeing them on my newsfeed from, so when I saw there was a collection of these comics in a book, I had to read it! These personified body parts are so silly that the book will have you laughing the whole way through. I think this concept is just fantastic because these anecdotes are so human that everyone can relate to something in here. Be sure to check out this book!

I have seen many of these on tumblr before (likely about half) however I still really enjoyed this book. So much good stuff in here! Many of the comics speak to me on a deeply personal level.

Teeheehee! I really enjoyed this collection of fun illustrations showing the colourful inner lives of internal organs.

I particularly liked the fun and non-judgemental references to anxiety and an overwhelming apathy towards exercise. Both things that I really relate to!

Get yourself a copy of this book when it's released, stick it in your bathroom and you need never take your phone to the loo with you again...

I adore Heart and Brain, and this third book is better than ever. Nick Seluk certainly has his finger on the pulse of day to day life for so many! The truth in each comic is what draws me back each time and makes each illustration worth reading. His art makes you feel like you aren't alone in your struggles, even the most mundane day to day things, reassuring you that we're all not so different after all.

Loved this one! Fun graphic that completely captures the inner struggles of your brain and heart (as well as your gut and some other organs), that often tell you conflicting information.... with some hilarious results.

My favorite Heart and Brain compilation so far from Awkward Yeti! It even had some strips I had not read before! Plus it features a lot of appearances by the other organs.

I have been following The Awkward Yeti on Instagram for a year...years...I don't know but its been a long time and I love his Heart and Brain comics. They are witty, ridiculously adorable, and funny! Sometimes even laugh out loud, crying funny!

This book seemed to revolve a lot around health, exercise, and anxiety, and I loved that Gallbladder made an appearance!! <3

Definitely one of my fave comic artists!

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the book in exchange for an honest review.

I've loved this comic for over a year and this book doesn't disappoint. Relatable and still completely funny. This book manages to make you laugh out loud but also feel warm and fuzzy. A perfect book to give a friend or yourself for a little pick me up.

Like a couple of other books I've read lately, this book is a collection of short comic strips evolving around a specific cast of characters. The characters in this case are body organs. I found these to be mildly entertaining with only a few being LOL worthy. One aspect I love is the illustration style. The art fits the content perfectly.
