I could not put this book down, I lost a few hours of sleep just to finish it all in one day! Who needs sleep when you have a book so well written and the characters pain and heartache are just reaching into your soul and destroying you one sentence at a time, By the time I got to chapter 21, I already cried and used up a half a box of tissues. I hate that he was grieving for so long and so heartbroken and I really wanted him to find love and to love himself in the process. You could not have created a better leading lady for Max, she was perfect for him. I loved this book and the characters are amazing, I wish they were real so I could meet them and hang out with them. Loved that the maypole was mentioned, I just love that place!
