Charlotte is the daughter of the president, Zane one of her protection detail. Both are attracted to each other but Zane knows it's a forbidden relationship. They meet up when Zane is off duty at a sex club, Zane is a dominant and realises Charlotte would be the perfect submissive. But as the book progresses as does their relationship this D/s theme seems to disappear, I felt it was just thrown into the mix then forgotten about, that said there was a bit more story to this book more than the previous 'misadventures' books. although the ending wrapped it up, I think an epilogue with a bit more detail would have been good just to have an idea how everything worked out for their future.

I can't say about this book! It was so sexy and hot! The twists and turns, ups and downs make it so you never know whats going to come next. Meredith and Mia keep you on your toes....and keep you wanting more this is an absolutely must read.

My Review: I love a good D/s story and although this was pretty tame in that regard, it was interesting and held my attention throughout. I felt the beginning was a little rushed for the H/h, I did eventually buy in to their chemistry, but more details would have been appreciated surrounding when/how they met and their initial reactions. We just jump into their lives and are told they desire one another but nothing to give us any build up to that. I liked how Zane and Charlotte have to fight outside pressures to be together, it forces them to be super secretive, which adds a level of forbidden excitement. The ending again was rushed with no epilogue, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I always like to see where the couple ends up in the future, after spending so much time invested into getting them there. Overall, I enjoyed reading this book, it was fun and fast paced.

The story captures you from the beginning.
Charlotte's life has been taken over by her parents and she is seeking something for herself. Zane's job is to protect her. They fall in love which is against the rules. This story is full of action, couldn't put it down.

This book started out sizzling hot and fell bad after the first "contact". There wasn't that much tension-building after which I eventually found boring and their romantic activities feel tacky. In the end, I don't see any real conflict in the story and that's what makes for a bad plot. Plus, the female protagonist doesn't have a real spine.

This was an action packed, steamy fast moving read that I had a hard time putting down. Zane and Charlotte were a well written couple that had chemistry that was palpable as it burned up the page. Their story was well written and just flew by making me sad that it had to end. I could also see where there could be another story that could come out of their with Charlotte's friend Katherine too. There is so much that I could say about this book but why ruin a good read?

Sexy secret service agent secretly pining for first daughter...who wouldn't want to read this story. The sparks flying between Charlotte & Zane jump off the page from the get go. When he rescues her from a hairy situation, it's so hot! I did not want to put this book down until their story unfolded in many unexpected ways. Hot, hot, hot!

I FLOVED this book from the moment I started reading it. Zane and Charlotte's chemistry was off the charts sizzling hot. What could be hotter than an alpha bodyguard with a soft side? Um, nothing. I loved Zane's protectiveness over Charlotte. This book was engaging and well written and I did not want to put it down. I am kind of sad it ended as I still want more Zane and Charlotte. This is definitely my favorite book of the Misadventures series out of the ones that I have read so far. There was drama, passion, emotional turmoil and some seriously hot moments. I also enjoyed Chester's character in terms of the parental role he provided for Charlotte since her parents were completely unavailable. A highly engaging, definitely must read, you will not be disappointed 5+++++++ star read!!!

Another great story in this world that the authors have created, I didn't love this as much as the others, but I found it to be sexy, steady and easy.

Misadventures of the first daughter was a quick read. I thought it was slow to start but them picked up a bit. The ending was very quick.
All in all it was entertaining

Zane's mission was to protect her. He felt helpless as she pulled him into her web and tries to do the right thing. As Charlotte slowly spirals out of control he steps in and restores the balance to the chaos Charlotte is lost in. His every touch makes her finally feel at peace and his attention ignites a hunger within them that will pull them closer than ever before.

Charlotte Daley has a fairly good life being the First Daughter except for the fact that she can only do things as her parents wish. They decide where she can live, the field of study and the school, her clothing, friends, and everything is about perceptions. I didn’t care for either of her parents as they are very cold and unfeeling towards Charlotte.

So Charlotte has to elude her Secret Service protection and find some fun. Along the way she has several scary episodes with a man who is a seemingly good choice but is definitely cruel.

She is very attracted to one of her bodyguards, Zane, but a relationship between them is forbidden. To help keep Charlotte safe and to spend time with her, they see each other in secret. They have a very passionate connection with some BDSM elements. Of course there are many complications, scary situations, and heartbreak along the way.

There were numerous sexy scenes and it was easy to believe how much they cared for each other. There was a very satisfying ending to this story after they each made changes to their lives.

This book was HOT....STEAMY.....EROTIC. I loved Charlotte and Zane's chemistry. He's a Dom and finds his submissive in her. Her being the first daughter and him being her bodyguard makes live difficult....but they make love over come it all eventually.

I loved this book I can only imagine how hot Zane is :) was a good read and some hot sex my imaginations was going good .
. It was a great read I couldn't put it down. love the happy ending for a chapter or so wasn't sure how the end was gonna be :)

The book is amazing. When I started reading I couldn't put it down I read the book in one day.Charlotte is the first daughter who is acting out and his out of control. Zane is the secret service agent protecting Charlotte but he has craved for so much more.I the book you can find a lot of sexy scence, dominating man and forbidden romans.first read Meredit Wilds hacked series and love reading her book.I also read three Mia Michelle books.They should write more books together.

This was the most intense and page turning title that I've read so far out of the series. Charlotte and Zane are two characters that I have nothing in common with, but was rooting for in the end. Fun and recommend.

Zane and Charlotte's story will steam up your kindle. The President's rebellious daughter and her Dom bodyguard. The perfect combo. They have to fight for their chance to be together but oh what a journey. One of the best books I have read this year. A must read and reread for me. All the books in the Misadventures series have been excellent but this one is my personal favorite.

I've been reading the Misadventures series since the first one was released and while they've all been good, this is definitely my favorite to date! I was instantly taken by this book and just wanted to keep reading.

When Charlotte tries to exercise her freedom, she also makes some choices that put her in vulnerable situations. Zane steps in to help her and the sparks between the two can't be restrained any longer and Charlotte also discovers that Zane has a more dominant side that intrigues her to no end. While they are very attracted to one another, Zane knows that it could be a career ending move to get involved with the First Daughter, but will he have the restraint to let her walk away for good?

This book had twists and turns, ups and downs and tons of sexy. I never knew what was coming next and that just made me want to keep reading. I would highly recommend picking up this latest installment of the Misadventures series!
